Heya!

I want to make a website like Smogon, but I have some questions.

1. When I have written the HTML codes, how can I 'place it to the internet'?

2. This site has the,,, above thing with Scizor Starmie Ludicolo and Tentacruel... but on the forum also?... how?

Im not that good in english so I hope U understand. ^^;;

Theres one thing I can confirm however, which is that this isnt a help forum to help you make your own site, sorry. =(
