Ok, Apparently my opponent is running a rain team. At least, he has on or two pokemon that are assisted by rain. Most likely, he'll switch to a different pokemon to make us of rain dance, so I ready a move that will work no matter what: sleep powder.

And there you have it.

Props:
-Roserade, for sweeping.
-Weavile, for being fast as hell.
-Swampert and Gengar, for not getting involved.

Slops:
-It was over after I got a 3 pokemon lead.
-My own stupidity.

This log was formatted using Warmachine Version 1.0

This was more "throwing pokemon at each other to die" than anything else...neither you nor your opponent really tried to outpredict each other. Why Kingdra didn't use Outrage, or any physical non-water move is beyond me...the comments were also pretty sparse. More of a log than anything else.

like he said it wasnt a very interesting warstory you killed a few with roserade killed two with weavile then just got ttar down with electrivire

meh, short story, bad comments... pretty dissapointing unfortunately.
Keep trying though, this is just a minor setback.

Yea, terrible battle, really no prediction.

And Stealth Rock when he only has 1 pokemon left? Really?

Short story, crap prediction. What were you thinking when you used Stealth Rock?! Comments aren't too great either.

Learn from your mistakes, try again next time.

2 stars.

PS. If you're getting used to competitive then why post a warstory so early? Unless you pull some great win out of nowhere it's not really gonna be great sorry.

STAB Ice Punch is only marginally weaker than SE Aerial Ace (112.5 vs 120). It wouldn't have mattered.

Seconding the notion that I couldn't really get into this battle. There just wasn't any excitement in it. Good battles are tense down to the last move, and what little tension this match had was gone when Roserade started Grass Knotting everything.

"I just wait for Roserade to wake up."

Stopped reading there - it has Natural Cure and the next obvious move would be for his Roserade to HP:Fire you if it had it, swap out, or setup Rain Dance apparently. None of those reason really warrant staying in for the turn when you could swap out and let Natural Cure stop your sleep. I guess you could predict he goes back to Sleep Powder and stay in since you would be likely to swap, but it didn't seem likely in this case (and most cases) with opening Roserades since everyone wants to get their setup going

Sweeping usually doesn't make for an interesting read. Make sure you become more familiar with the game before you start taking on the task of writing a warstory.

Look, practice makes perfect. How I became better is I read EVERY SINGLE archived story then I saw what made them good. With that I find the people who use those very bright vibrant colors in the story to depict who does what very annoying. We can all read we can see who does what.

Wasn't that great of a match either.

First time is always bad. You'll get better.
You need to give a little intro on the teams, the setting of the match.
The battle itself isn't good at all.
All it is is pokemon A kill pokemon B, pokemon C switches in and kills pokemon A, pokemon E switches in and kill pokemon D.
You'll get better eventually.
