i wash all my dishes in coca cola. the acidity of the drink helps dissolve away all the grease and food waste

Well well I wash my dishes in hot water, not boiling hot ofc, but I feel safer that way considering I have bacteria phobie I always wash and clean stuff with the temperature I need which can kill bacterias and any other nastyass things. I just don't like cold water, tho cold water can help, when you really have no other option, like, as you mentioned, your brokenass boiler or whatever it is called. So shouldn't be a issue to clean it temporarily with cold water. Tho I personally prefer hot water.

i don't know why my method would be called wrong. it seems like a pretty efficient way to do it.

what i find weird is the implicit assumption in this thread that water is the normal way to wash dishes. like, does anyone here care about water waste?

I agree with Sijih, the environmentally concerned washer uses piss instead of water. Comes out warm (kills bacteria) and is very green
