Rextreff Pancham simply has Sludge Bomb fail A2 and only struggles A3, so it should have 88 EN, Ralts should have (90-15.75-3.5) = 70.75 ~ 71 HP and Pancham should have (100-2-2-11-1-2) = 82 HP. Also, Sludge Bomb is disabled for 3 more actions.
