Announcement We made Rabia a TL, Poggaroo!

With the imminent arrival of Scarlet and Violet NU, we decided it was the perfect time to promote Rabia to the position of Tier Leader! He has been a constant contributor in the tier, leading the tier's QC, VR, and being a good presence on council for longer than I've been around. He has a huge amount of experience as Forum Moderator and Room Owner, and his leadership skills will transfer perfectly to his new role! There's no plans for any of the Tier Leaders to step down at this time, so this will leave us with 3 Tier Leaders for the time being, but Rabia deserves the role for all the hard work he's done for us.
