Bad 'n Boosted is a metagame first explored in Gen 7, before being revived two months ago. In Bad 'n Boosted, all 'bad' base stats (of base 70 or less) gets doubled. This results in a metagame where many Pokemon are on a similar power level. Most Pokemon have usable stats, so it is up to you to find those that are especially threatening! Due to the fact that many Pokemon are on a similar power level, it leads to a very interesting metagame where it is hard to OHKO something, but at the same time also hard to safely switch in against many Pokemon.Tier Info | Discord | Dragon Heaven

The metagame is playable on Dragon Heaven. It is based on Gen 9 Ubers and currently has banned the Pokemon: Cyclizar, Espathra, and Polteageist, the abilities Huge Power and Pure Power, and the item Eviolite in addition to the standard Ubers ruleset.
I am quite excited for this metagame myself, and believe there is a lot to explore. As such, I will provide a $50 cash prize (through PayPal) to the winner of the tournament. I am very excited to see the innovation everyone brings.

The tournament will use a Double Elimination bracket with each matchup being a Best of Three (meaning the first person who wins two battles wins the matchup). Signups close on Saturday the 22nd of February at 9PM UCT. When the tournament starts, you will have a week to schedule and play your matches.
Contact your opponent as soon as possible. Include what your available times are and your timezone in this initial contact.
When scheduling, offer the widest range of time possible to play. Just mentioning one or two specific times is likely insufficient.
Schedule specifically - do not schedule for "Friday afternoon" or "Sunday morning", pick a date, a time and note the timezone.

- Double Elimination (you are eliminated from the tournament after losing twice)
- Post in the thread to say that you've win
- Replays must be posted to prove you won
- Bans may occur between weeks, but never during a week.
