Weird moveset

Team development
well, first of all i do want to say, that i am from Argentina, and my english managment is not so good. So, said that i think i am able to start showing my team development.
first of all, i ve never used a DD salamence. so it was high time to do it. so i pick him for being my late game sweeper, but not with the common moveset. i will explain it later

then i think i will need a RKiller so i pick my favourite ghost PKM: Gengar , to kill those bothering pkm.

then, i thought a jolteon will be needed.

but i realized i would be needing a rapid spiner so i choice donphan. that also covers jolteon HP ice with Ice shard a priority ice attack

so i ve got 3 out of six i need a lead also, so i think a nice option is Vap who could switch in and out with too much facility, also provided of wish and protect.

4out of 6 and counting! now i love CBscizord to count some ice pkm beacause 2 of my up to now 5 pkm doesnt get on well with ice attacks.

my little beautifull and multifunction sirene. i chose him because of his move set. SUrf its kind of a neutral attack that affects most of the leads such as ttar, and infernape.
then i have protect to restore some hv at the end of the round and also i have wish support too. i have roar to send flying the BPC!
it synergys are covered by Jirachi scizor and donphan
EV's: are like this because i think i dont need any ev in hp and i prefer raising it SDef-Leftsovers of course

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Flamethrower

This move set ive chose is a normal DD moveset but the only diference is that i put in it fly. i prefer fly over other attacks because it avoids almost every atack except for thunder and 2 more attacks thar are not normaly used against a Dragon type.also, in the sky while salamence is in the sky restore a little of hp with it lefts overs and it makes it more durable. apart from that fly it is supereffective against volcarona wich is a really difficult target to kill with 3 or 4 quiver dances on.
Oviousness in its ev's raising speed and atk

its synergis are perfectly covered by scizor and mamoswine.

Revkiller (Gengar) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

well its a normal Revkiller, with some changes in it moveset.. ive been trying for over a week which moves fits better. and i came to the conclusion that this is a really rasonable moveset. i ve chosen CS because i do need the speed raising a speed that outspeeds lots of pkm with +1 in this stat.its awesome
its synergys are covered by my vaporeon wich its a special tank also

Donphy my team star! i shouldnt have said that. ev's focus on its def and int atk. not normal, but quite effective. it OHKO and 2HKO many pkm with it EQ and it can OHKO a DDdnite with it ice shard. with rapid spin and stealth rock mid game support i try to keep him as alive as possible for any hazard.
it has many weaknesses but vaporeon may cover them all exept for the Grass. for this is scizor, gengar and mence.Leftsovers of course

Razer (Scizor) (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician

My shaping CB razer(LoL) well he is running a normal CB moveset and with a litle diference in its EV's because the move i use most is BP and it has priority over any attack. so, thats the reasonfor its evs. its quite a normal choice. but i still like it. beside that i love his shape. LoL.
its fire synergis are covered by Vaporeon which is esscencially the wall for my team. I like u turn because i can make a lot of damage to physic pkms and go away with it puting jirachi at the front of my team.

Ok. Here we have a 3Punch jirachi. my litle tinkerbell with its evs can destroy a DD Dragonite with an iron head and flinching and 2 ICe punchs. i love it! its amazing. i have fire punch for any jirachis that wants to came in and drain punch mostly because nobody is waits for it. its syergysc are covered again by vaporeon and if ther is a bug type on i will sent scizor or salamence. i love them. one more reason for chosing DP over ThunderPch is that its unexpected and it helps me recovering some hp and working together with the lefts overs gives me some reforces in it hp!

Team isnt bad for a pure offensive team. Here are a few changes i recommend
1. Scald on your vaporeon instead of surf. Not as powerful, but it has the chance to burn which can cripple physical pokemon like the leads you mentioned. Or maybe have a fast water sweeper, like starmie

Quick, Strong, the way you have your team you would like it. BoltBeam has nearly perfect neutral coverage, scald as aforementioned, and recover as it name says.
2. Flamethrower on an adamant mence is kinda pointless. I would recommend this set:

Fire Fang gets boosted from the DD atk raise and EQ hurts more than just Volcarona, like heatran and other steels that can wall you, if your donphan has already fallen. Also while using Fly the other trainer can switch out to a pokemon that can resist the attack Life Orb gives you that extra boost of power.

3. I would also put Bug Bite on Scizor instead of U-Turn. You might lose a momentum move but you get another STAB move that gets the technician boost. Here is a set that could be useful:

Superpower

Jolly gives you a boost in speed while not losing alot of power. With 3 of your 4 moves technician boosted and being a CB scizor with max attack EV, you are still packing a punch.

Finally you have a really offensive based team, but you are on the slow side. If you face one pokemon that outspeeds you, you really dont have a poke that can swap in and eat attacks. These are only recommendations but consider them:

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP/ 224SDef/ 32Spe
Move:
Wish
Thunder Wave
Iron Head
Fire Punch/Ice Punch

Being more special defensive, rachi can take more dragon moves and be a safer switch in spec sweepers. Thunder Wave can cripple pokes and coupled with Iron Head you get the ever annoying ParaFlinch. Fire punch is more common but you can scare dragons with Ice, and it isnt expected.
And with you donphan, put 252HP/252Atk/4Spe. Can take hits a bit better with Impish nature still.

Im not going to rate this right now because its almost 2 in the morning. I will be sure to say something later.

For now I advise you change your pictures, they are obnoxiously large and will probably lead to less rates. I highly suggest you just use standard sprites, they get the point across of that pokemon just as effectively.

Edit: Ok lets get down to business, first off make these changes to your team, these are not debatable:

-Give vaporeon 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA Bold to take physical hits better
-scald > surf the burn chance is worth it
-Give Salamence a Hasty nature to outspeed things and not decrease special attack
-Fire blast easily over flamethrower to actually hurt things
-Fly is terrible give it brick break or earthquake for coverage or outrage because your not sweeping with dragon claw
-choice scarf is really not the best set for Gengar, if you insist, run shadow ball / focus blast / trick / thunderbolt or HP ice, do not deviate from that
-On Donphan if you like attack investment, run adamant and 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def, otherwise, switch over to 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
-give scizor 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD to take stealth rock better
