What is Landshark?

I've been out of the meta for quite a while and now all I hear is people talking about Landshark. Can anyone clue me in?
 
Landshark is the pet name given to the pokemon known as "Garchomp". Because it's, well, a landshark.
 
Is there a certain moveset or something that makes it game breaking? I haven't taken a good look at most of the new pokemon yet.
 
It's Ground/Dragon, can make over 101 subs, has fantastic attack and speed, Swords Dances, as well as so much more.
 
Apparently it can 2-hit most of its would-be counters. Also, it gets an evasion boost during sandstream, so there's always a chance your ice beam misses.. and you're pretty much dead.
