I use a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, thing's huge.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5--it's obnoxiously large but it comes with the S Pen, which is useful for taking quick notes and stuff. Also, I really like the camera--16MegaPixels with built in Pano and Slow motion features make me really happy :)
