What kind of Pokemon (type, ability, role, moves, etc.) do you wish existed?

I want a Fire/Grass Pokemon. This "Brushfire" Pokemon, if completely new and not an evolution or alternate evolution of a pre-existing Pokemon, would be a Prairie Dog with Fiery fur.

Cyndaquil is an echidna / ant-eater. I'd say it's more similar to Furrett or Buizel in terms of looks.

The typing makes it weak only to flying, rock, and poison. As for fiery fur, I meant similar to the way Moltres' feathers are fiery, yet still feathers. This would be like it's fur has fiery little embers making it look cool.

a sunflora evo should be fire/grass, it has the stats to pull it off. preferably with very good spe def (105) as it has some very useful special resistances.

a fire/ghost with levitate, shit def(55-60ish),amazing special(120-125),good speed/spe def(80-85). the thing has the potential for a very good movepool.

rock/fighting is one of the best offensive typings you could get so some type of fairly fast(90),physical attacker but crappy defences.

Ice/Fighting is also great offensively maybe a polar bear?

A fire/bug

A bullet ant

A solidier ant

A lionfish( water/poison, faster and with more special att then cruel, with slightly less defences.)

flying/fighting farfetch evo

Split evo of Mawile Female= Psychic/Fighting(very good def and special att)
Male= Steel/Fighting(Very good def and att, slower then lucario though)

Bannette evo pure ghost but with the punches and 120-125 attack

Some more water/fighting because its a great dual typing (Golduck evo?)

Psychic/Flying is also a missed opportunity

I think a ninja with 130+ speed but papar defences and a ghost/dark,dark/fighting or ghost/dark typing was mentioned suppose its a good idea.

And luxray really should have been dark/electric with pursuit.

Also i am bored of seeing all the dragons being offensive the only defensive one is altaria, there should be a top tier defensive dragon with good support moves maybe grass/dragon.

CB Jolly Chomp Outrage after Intimidate to Impish 252/252 Mawile:
Damage: 60 - 71
Damage: 19.74% - 23.36%

SD Jolly Chomp Outrage after Intimidate to Impish 252/252 Mawile:
Damage: 79 - 94
Damage: 25.99% - 30.92%

Wow....surprising.
thats pretty good... thats what a 4KO at worst? and it has ice punch, chomp will be locked into outrage. not bad.

Based on the numbers yeah and what does Mawile do to Chomp in return.

0 Attack, Impish Mawile Ice Punch to a 16/0 Garchomp
Damage: 202 - 238
Damage: 55.96% - 65.93%

Same Mawile using same attack but now to a 4/0 Chomp
Damage: 202 - 238
Damage: 56.42% - 66.48%

Basically, the same damage.

maybe you cloud give it a CB and some attack evs and make it 1KO an outrageing chomp?
then we would have a UU counter for chompy! (exept earthquake)

edit: ran the numbers it needs 172 attack evs+ CB to always KO (non yache) chompy

so the garchomp counter looks like this

Mawile@Choice Band
252 HP/172 attack/84 defence
Impish
Ice Punch
Sucker Punch
Iron Head
Focus Punch

all from garchomp
252 adamant outrage 25%-29%
252 outrage 22%-26%
252 adamant CB outrage will do 37%-43%
252 CB outrage will do 33%-39%
252 adanant LO SD outrage will do 72%-84%
252 LO SD outrage will do 65%-77%

it will 1KO 16HP chomp 100% of the time with ice punch
it will 1KO genger and alakazam with sucker punch and also take down sashers.
F punch is for steel walls
iron head is for STAB

very off topic i know

A special version of Intimidate would be brilliant, as would a physical Hidden Power. More mono type Pokemon would also be great, I think a pure dragon would be really cool. Good evolutions for redundant Pokemon would be cool too, though I'm not sure how UU players would feel about that. Finally, I'd like all Pokemon to at least two abilities to choose from, though this is really just a selfish afterthought because I'd like to use Hippowdon more.

One mono-dragon type that is semi-competitive, but not broken like the other dragons. Also, a mono-flying type would be sweet, since there's been so many pokemon that is party flying, but not a single mono-flying type. Finally, any new type combination involving Bug would be a welcome addition (NO bug/flying!!)

As for new abilities, like others have said, Intimidate for special attacks would be sweet. Also, I would like to see a watered-down version of Magic Guard on a stronger pokemon. Like, for example, on an average power flying type, the pokemon would not take damage from spikes or stealth rock, but, unlike magic guard, it can still be affected by status moves and stat reduction.

(exept earthquake)

besides the fact that you forgot the standard Fire Blast/Fire Fang, this isn't exactly ideal. it's like saying cresselia counters CB Heracross besides megahorn...guys, dont go off topic especially if it is going to be stuff that defies the nature of sound competitive pokemon in the first place =(

ok sorry jump, i know its not atall a good counter, but its pretty much UU's best hope.
i should have said it can switch into chompys best attack, but dies to any other. and its the wrong thread, thanx for not infracting me.

A special version of Intimidate would be brilliant, as would a physical Hidden Power.

Special Intimidate would be very cool. Bringing back physical hidden power would not. The physical side has pretty much all the 100% accuracy 100+ base power moves (CC, Earthquake, Return, Outrage, Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, Double Edge), while the special moves which deal as much damage typically have 85% accuracy at best. The trade off, of course, is that the slightly weaker or less accurate special attacks often have a small chance of a positive effect, as opposed to the physical attacks' negative/no effect. But considering how much raw power the physical attackers already have behind them, i think the last thing we want to do is give even more versatility to Garchomp, Gyarados, TTar, etc. Also it would make the elemental fang moves even more useless than they already are...and the move name "secret power" is already taken.

On another note, I want a good rapid spinner. Starmie just doesn't cut it.

Good Luck; my number of posts is equal to Infernape's base speed! --TAY

We need a mono-flying. And a special intimmidate would be good. And maybe some super anti offence(like Blissey to physical attackers) that IS NOT steel/rock!

I don't really think that a special intimdate would be good unless they were given to a decent group of pokemon instead of the couple of OU's and crapload of UU's that get Intimidate. Although I don't really see why this would see much use instead of Blissey, because it isn't a fail-safe against special attacks. As discussed before, special attacks have their own shortcomings.

We need more defensive fire types in the metagame, as well as a decent tankish dragon without broken attack power. It would have typing like Fire/Dragon but have a base stat distribution like 100/60/95/105/95/80 (much like swampert but special attack oriented). It wouldn't be broken but it would add a nice twist to the metagame.

Oh yes also a Water/Steel type with Levitate to help prevent the use of the ugly duck that can't swim, Garchomp.

I feel that a pokemon that performs like Ninjask, but with Nasty Plot over Swords Dance would be a welcome Addition, imo.

The physical Hidden Power could always have a max base power of 60 to compensate, and when is adding versatility a bad thing? If anything, it means that those crazy rogue Garchomps would have cause for concern with every physical attacker that switched into them, rather than just a select few.

Special Intimidate would really be just an extra bonus, like Intimidate on Gyarados. Nice to have generally, and sometimes enough to make a difference. There aren't many abilities that make or break a Pokemon. I also think a defensive mono dragon would be awesome. I've been having a lot of fun cleaning up lategame with Cresselia and doing the same sort of thing with Dragon Dance would be interesting.

A 140 Special Nuke (ala Draco Meteor, Overheat and Leaf Storm) could be interesting for the types that don't have one yet. As a bit of a wacky idea that I don't really know how it would be implemented, how about a defensive equivalent to the Choice items? I don't know how it would work; maybe it'd only last for 3 attacks of that type (special/physical) before breaking or something. Would make a change to sticking Leftovers on everything, and could really mix up gameplay a lot.

I want three things:
1. An OU (or below) Drought pokemon
2. An OU (or below) Drizzle pokemon
3. An OU (or below) Air Lock pokemon (and make it so that it clears all weather until a Drought/Drizzle/Sandstream/Snow Warning pokemon is brought back in).

Edit: I guess I'd also like a physical Hidden Power (maybe called Inner Strength), special Intimidate (Trash Talk?), and more Overheat-type moves.

It's called Natural Gift (except with one time use and item slot traded for 10 more bp)

Well dragonite basically outclasses altaria defensively and offensively in every way, but of course nobody cares about him.

An OU or below Drought or Drizzle Pokemon would be sweet, though a BL Air Lock Pokemon already exists (Golduck @ Cloud Nine).

I would like an ability (similar to motor drive) for fire pokemon, I feel like Magmortar got shafted.

Also, The Smell got what else I think there shuld be, and Intimidate for Special Attack, I think it'd be awesome.
