He has the highest Sdef in the game with a sandstorm boost, bar Shuckle.

Too bad that and the moustache are the only good things about him. He has crappy attack stats, and only a good special attack stat. Too bad he has a total of 5 special attacks, including Zap cannon, Discharge and some metal move.

Don't forget about its X4 weaknesses to Ground and Fighting.
