Gabite @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Stone Edge

So as the team is it really has no real way of dealing with fast electrics like scarf rotom, zeb, raichu, etc. as they grab momentum with vs with ease. Also the team is relatively slow and would really appreciate a scarfer. Gabite allows this team to stop volt switch spam and revenge NP raichu along with several other fast threats. This team also has a plethora of ice resists which really supports gabite making it a nice fit.

Zebstrika @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Like TBMA mentioned the team has no way to slow down volt switch spam especially coming from Rotom-F, however the team also needed some momentum to get its threats like Ursaring and Kingler in without taking too much damage so that's why Zebstrika was chosen. Also Zeb can kinda check Jumpluff and maybe make them think twice before clicking Sleep Powder which is useful because Jumpluff is a big threat to this squad.

Why does that Kingler have Sheer Force with no moves boosted by SF on a team that is partially walled by Tangela? Kingler + Leafeon is a cool core for weakening fat Grass-types for each other, but I think it works better if one of them is carrying X-Scissor or Ice Beam. Jumpluff, like Raw already said, is a big threat, and Kingler needs SR down in order to OHKO Jumpluff with Return (whereas Ice Beam does about 20% more with SF and LO), so there are a few reasons to use Ice Beam over Return here.

Looking at this team, it needs a Scarfer for some immediate Speed, and it's lacking an Electric immunity. At the same time though, not many Scarfers fit here naturally without adding problems for type synergy or multiple weaknesses to the same Pokemon. For example, Rotom-F is usable, but it adds a third Fighting weakness, which then makes things like AoA Monferno do too much here. Mr. Mime would be cool to heal up Ursaring, but we have Grumpig already. This Pokemon also needs to be faster than Jolly/Naive Ninjask (460 Spe) or have some priority that can beat it, as we have nothing so far that's stopping it from spamming U-Turn except a Relicanth, which can be scared out by whatever Ninjask is switching into. So:

Raichu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature / Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch

Raichu fits all of these criteria while also having SE coverage for every Scarfer outside of Mr. Mime. You can use Timid if you're scared of stuff like Sand Stoutland, Unburden Drifblim, Scarf Dodrio / Floatzel / Simipour, but Modest outspeeds Scarf Sawsbuck and can 2HKO Mr. Mime with Thunderbolt (the boost in power is noticeable). It also provides some momentum and therefore, opportunities to setup with SD or Agility for Leafeon / Kingler. If you predict Stunfisk or Roselia coming in, it's easy enough to Volt Switch out to Grumpig to scare out Roselia, or double to Kingler / Leafeon to scare out Stunfisk. As you Volt Switch to Ursaring, it also activates Toxic Orb on that turn, which is a nice side-effect.

Rampardos @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 144 Atk / 112 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Superpower
- Head Smash
- Surf

Quilladin @ Eviolite
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Zen Headbutt
- Spikes
- Taunt

Monferno @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- U-turn

Floatzel @ Life Orb
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Baton Pass

Electrode @ Life Orb
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 48 HP / 252 SpA / 208 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Signal Beam

An interesting team with a hyper offensive hazards based approach to abusing some of the most threatening Pokemon in the tier. But what's his last?

Misdreavus @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split

This team has a large weakness to Ground, Psychic and Fighting type attacks, and also lacks hazard removal. I though Misdreavus would solve this problem by stopping setup sweepers and physical attackers, and also countering some of the biggest weaknesses this team has.

Cryogonal @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- hidden power fighting
- Freeze-Dry
- Rapid Spin

with the team being HO, the weaknesses don't really matter to it. However it does need some sort of hazard removal, preferably with the ability to some absorb hits and it needs offensive presence with a somewhat high speed tier to fit in with the rest of the team. So what better candidate than cryo?

Grumpig @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs : 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Wave

This teams lacks something to switch into special attackers and that resists Fight and Psychic, however Pig remediates to this. He can wear down opposing Pokémon to help Electrode and Ferno sweeping with his good coverage and slow down opposing Pokemon for his teammates in general with Thunder Wave.

Also Pig + Quil form a good core as the former takes special attacks, especially Fire and Ice to which Quil is weak to, and hits on the special side ; while the latter take physical attacks rather well and hits on the physical side.

Pawniard @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch

Pawniard gives this team a good wincon, thanks to swords dance. It also works as a defiant abuser, fitting particularly well in teams like this. Moreover stab Sucker Punch is another good priority for the team.
