my favourite one is snakes and ladders, because of that one snake on 88 that sends you to 24 or something

Sorry, am I late?

My favorite game to play is Chess because, there are a lot of different moves and it includes quite interesting chess pieces. It is quite fun to play. It is well-set up, good rules, etc. However, what is your favorite board game and why? Write down below in the comments! The next series, I will do is video games! Enjoy
Chess is a fascinating game with unique and exciting pieces, and it's great to have so many different moves to choose from. I enjoy playing Chess too, but my personal favorite board game is Scrabble. It's a classic game that challenges your mind and vocabulary, and it's always exciting to see who can come up with the best words.
Looking forward to the next table tennis /ping pong game.

Pretty much. Board game design has improved dramatically in the 21st century, to the point where even earlier games in the 'Euro-style' like Catan can feel grating in comparison. Your old options are pretty much split between "pure luck" and "mathematically solved" with little in between (chess I consider to be on the edge of mathematically solved).

I'm personally a fan of co-op board games because I have a tendency to plan out highly specific actions and that can lead to an obvious vulnerability in a competitive environment. Pandemic's a well-known frontrunner in this category and for good reason, but I figured I might as well take the opportunity to shout-out a couple other of my favourites. First of which is Spirit Island, which I enjoy because the number of interactions is absurdly high so I have tons of opportunities for the aforementioned highly specific plans. The second is The Captain is Dead, which is probably the best Star Trek parody boardgame around.
