So there was some dispute over what should happen when a Pokemon's intended target is knocked out and the Pokemon has no KO sub in its orders. I'm not going to go through the arguments that were brought up, so let's just get to voting.

This vote will follow the normal IRV rules. The options for what a Pokemon does when its intended target has fainted and it has no KO sub are as follows:
  • Continue attacking the fainted opponent
  • Do nothing
  • Redirect to a randomly-chosen opponent
The first option to reach a majority vote wins. So let's get voting!

Redirect to a randomly-chosen opponent
Do nothing
Continue attacking the fainted opponent

Seems the choice which is most consistent with in-game standards to me, and we don't seem to have alternative standards in this case (barring our own personal tastes).

Continue attacking the fainted opponent
Do nothing
Redirect to a randomly-chosen opponent

Where is the "kick them for not using a god-dammit free sub" option?

Continue attacking the fainted opponent
Do nothing
Redirect to a randomly-chosen opponent

KO Substitutions exist, use them... 9.9

NOW it is a majority in favour of making Pokémon act like C Programs & repeatedly attacking a fainted Pokémon unless they substitute for it.
