Which IV Spread would be best for Electabuzz?

I have a question for you. Which of these Electabuzz would have the best IV's in general for an Electivire?

#1 (f) IVs:20/25/23/16/3/4
Stats:107/86/58/76/72/88
Max/Min:260/215/142/189/178/219

#2 (m) IVs:22/4/18/16/31/30
Stats:108/78/56/76/83/98
Max/Min:262/215/142/189/178/219

#3 (m) IVs:7/27/28/5/16/22
Stats:102/88/60/72/77/95
Max/Min:247/217/147/180/191/237

#4 (m) IVs:7/31/26/29/11/9
Stats:102/89/59/81/75/90
Max/Min:247/222/145/201/186/224

Use the Discuss my Pokemon thread in the Wi-Fi forum but I suspect they'll probably tell you that none of them are up to scratch. Assuming you're going with a standard physical 'Vire, number 3 is the best on account of it being the only one with Atk and Spe over 20 but it's still quite bad.
