NOC WikiMafia 2 Game Thread [Day 1]

was there not an mu game where the three of us were the team and it ended like day 2 cause of some mechanic stuff. i think it was called astrology maybe and hosted by tommy?
I like: Tommy, Genisu
Fine with: phoopes
Don't like: Psy, Blizinguh
Everyone else is like null to me so far.
I think Tommy is within his town range, I would like to see a game where Tommy goes overboard with advising people on play as scum.
Genisu is very talkative and abrasive and probably the easiest read I can make, I feel like he kinda makes it obvious when he's maf. Strongest tr here.
I saw some posts talking about airC and saber but I didn't find those very conclusive, this is probably because of how I perceive their meta but uh, they're both liable to posting a lot of stuff that doesn't lend itself towards solving and still being town so.
Psy's play feels like he's trying to pocket people? I dunno how to describe this other than it feels very safe. I think trying to take a crack on people discouraging concrete scumreads on D1 is good in vacuum, but what do you do when a lot of people agree with that? How are you sifting through them? Also feels like you're mostly tring people who posted for the sake of showing up.
I don't like Blizinguh going all "I don't like phoopes but also the people on phoopes", that's some pretty scummy fence sitting because it lends itself to free votes without any analysis on the situation.

what else am i supposed to do? i also dont see what you mean in the last sentence. i dont think ive expressed solid trs on anyone besides maybe tommy, and the fairy/tommy/pulsar towncore message doesnt apply here because the thread didnt have any real content in it at that point
Actually nvm, don't agree with this, what's weird about phoopes saying not to tinfoil too much? This doesn't really support a point against phoopes of that's what you're going for. It is true that reasons for voting someone D1 aren't very concrete, whatever he's saying is NAI. Town also wants to have good odds of voting scum. What's off about him saying that?
And where's your head at in general wrt scumreads right now?
I guess I my perspective is that whenever you're making a point about someone "discouraging discussion", it doesn't tell me anything about the odds of them flipping maf when there are like 5-6 other people doing the same thing minimum.
Tbf I was going off of that towncore message because well, yeah, if you agree that the thread didn't have much content, how do you feel confident enough to list people in your turn core?
well scum wants people to not talk because thats how you figure things out. its a strategy ive relied on as scum so i guess im seeing shades of it in that post which is why i see it as scummy

Peum's new to this community, and doesn't act like they're new to SmogMaf. I feel like they're being coached. I don't really have a view on Phoopes as i don't think remember them saying anything noteworthy. If I had to choose though I would say slight townlean. (also is Phoopes really the leading wagon?)

coaching popped into my head too but it does feel kind of overt. im willing to write it off because ive seen players with similar or lower levels of experience also enter thread posting confidently

yes in an ideal world i should have been awake and claiming near DL. i also do not think being awake and claiming would have mattered notably but whatever. unless youre syaing its my fault for not talking near the beginning of the day in which case lmao
