People asking to be lynched without some kind of hard evidence against them are frustrated townies like 90% of the time lol. If you're getting pressured just based on reads as scum it's much easier to get people to defend you because you literally have teammates.

I guess part of Psy's angle here is that lynching him and flipping town will provide lots of info to town (eg it would imply Tommy scum) but uh I would rather not lynch town if given the chance!!!!!

Will be catching up over the next 20 min or so but can someone explain what Psy's "convoluted theory solve" is? Without reading it I can't say whether it's scummy or not but I also think people coming up with convoluted theory solves early on is NAI usually. If they're taking it very seriously that might indicate an obstinate townie or scum who really really need to push this angle for some mechanical reason, which I guess could be the case bc I think Psy is counterclaiming Tommy's mechanics or something? idk I will go read up now lol. Hopefully by the time I'm done catching up I will still have time to post.

I think bliz might be referring to what implicates tommy as scum rather than what clears him and if thats the case then it goes like this

-tommy neighborized flandrs and me last night
-tommy claimed his targets were flandrs and me
-this cannot be the case fmpov because otherwise bliz would be in the neighbor chat
-we both stand by our stories

idk that this is that weak honestly, I mean it's certainly niche but we can pretty much assume that scum have redirect and redirecting is generally very strong. Regardless I like the big post, even if I currently lean Psy (again could change once I finish catching up and can reread Psy's posts from today)

Also I'm not scum I'm just being bussed by my work schedule :psycry:
 
after this was revealed in thread, the theory of what happened was that phoopes empower was used twice, once on me (or rather bliz) and secondly on a random person being tommy, but hydros claim of whatever his role was kind of debunked this but creates other fringe scenarios where the actions could make sense maybe

I feel like this has been resolved in a way it should not have been simply because psy was ultimately targeted by me and rather than bliz who should’ve been

Like is it possible celever said i was redirected to bliz by psy, and therefore targeted psy because psy targeted bliz? And I should’ve targeted them both but my hood caps at 2 and I was already adding flanders
