What I understand that if one of them is mafia, they don;y kill themselves over the next 2 nights, but if both are town, mafia doesn't know it lasts 2 phases?

If Tommy and Bliz are both town, then mafia can kill Tommy and both of them die (or the other way around idk)
If one of them or more is scum, then they can't do that because well, it would kill a scum

Yes, but I brought up that it lasts 2 phases quite a few times on the first day it was used, so it was in thread ahead of time. It just wasn't talked about in depth when Peum actually claimed yesterday

I don't really want to refute this because there's a decent chance Tommy gets lynched today and flips scum, but like in the interest of logic (and eventual self preservation if Tommy is town) let me lay this out
0. Suppose Tommy and I are both town
1. Tommy and I get linked and scum know this is still true overnight
2. Scum kill Peum (no more threat of one of them getting love red)
3. Today scum push the Tommy Bliz 1v1 theory -- "one of them must be scum"
4. We lynch me or Tommy. Whoops, it's a town flip!
5. Tomorrow, we lynch the other one. Oh no, it's town again and now mafia win!
I think mafia could have made this plan so I'm not 100% that Tommy is scum

I would still go on Tommy (or DBD) of course. I mean even besides the wifom 1v1 thing, I just don't like the hood all surviving and the genisu lynch doesn't help. Plus I'm extremely suspicious that the people I scumread most haven't seen much vote action (well DBD almost got lynched but then we all mysteriously forgot that) while my townreads keep dying at night. Makes me feel like I should double down rather than reconsidering my strongest reads.
THAT BEING SAID...... I think I've gotta eat crow on des. We've had another info role claim, and it really feels like since des claimed she's just been coasting. Not using her role last night is wild and makes me think she was scared of getting tracked/watched or something. We have had multiple watchers die and a tracker die too, so the idea that we had two delayed alignment cops AND rolecop on top of that is just implausible imo. Otoh with all the visit-info roles that have flipped, I could see des thinking this is a major concern if she did the kill last night. It also seems entirely possible to me that scum des just said that apropos of nothing without talking to her scumbuddies first.
