Will using a DS AR corrupt D/P?

I've searched and found that there have been corrupt files on the GBA gen, and I'm wondering if this will be the case with this gen?

I'm a horrible cheater, but I hope there will be cheats as to where you can adjust your EV's.

As far as I know, no. AR DS has proven to be much safer to use.

I haven't had any problems with my Diamond so far with my AR DS. As long as the codes are entered correctly it should be fine.

I appreciate the quick responses. One more question in regards to DS AR, do any of you know where to get legit codes?

Not on this forum.

The same question has been asked so many damn times. You can't "corrupt" a game just by touching it with a gameshark, that's impossible. You can only "corrupt" it if you're careless.

Corruptions come from giving values outside the domain or range of a function to the function by means of the AR. If every value given by AR is a value that can be attained normally, no bad should come of it. If you try to "hack" (input a value that changes something drastically, such as a permanent FFFF Attack value) you can guarantee your game will start acting screwy.

i doubt it will just dnt try those 999 stat codes i messed up my leafgreen with that one before. my game would crash when id open a pc. another thing is if i add a cheat into D/P would it affect me on wifi?(getting banned ect.)

probably not. you can use infinite hp on metroid and root the leaderboard without getting banned i doubt they will act differently with pokemon and if you are banned against all odds you can unban yourself.

Ar... I can already picture it, teams filled with perfect Iv'ed Shinnies.

Thats the main reason i want for D/P to have Clone glitches, thats the only thing keeping AR from overwealming Wi-Fi.
