Mudbray's high Attack and Defense stats, useful ability in Stamina, neutrality to Fighting, access to Stealth Rock, and good matchup against other common Stealth Rock setters like Onix and Pawniard allow it to be an effective choice in the Little Cup metagame. Stamina works great to annoy U-turn and Fake Out users like Vullaby and Mienfoo. Close Combat threatens both Ferroseed and Porygon with a 2HKO. Heavy Slam is a generally strong move against neutral targets and forms strong coverage alongside High Horsepower. Due to Mudbray's typing leaving it vulnerable to Grass- and Water-types like Grookey and Staryu, Pokemon like Foongus and Ferroseed that generally have a good matchup against them work well as teammates. Taunt Mienfoo is useful for letting Mudbray switch into Pokemon like Koffing, which Will-O-Wisp would normally make risky to do.

Mudbray with its good defensive stats alongside a useful ability in Stamina allow it to be an effective Stealth Rock setter in the Little Cup metagame. Stamina works great to annoy potential U-turn and Fake Out users like Vullaby and Mienfoo. (The first sentence should provide more information on why you should use Mudbray. Its a SR setter that has a high Attack stat, is neutral to Fighting, has Stamina, and performs well against other common SR setters like Onix and Pawniard.) Earthquake is Mudbray's best STAB move to hit a majority of the metagame. Close Combat can threaten both Ferroseed and Porygon with a 2HKO. Heavy Slam allows Mudbray to hit Fairy-types like Spritzee and Cottonee extremely hard while also providing strong coverage together with Earthquake; the move is able to hit a majority of the tier for good neutral damage due to the nature of Little Cup Pokemon generally not being very heavy. (Condense down the sentences into a sentence about its coverage. Also, Fairy-types aren't that relevant rn, and you just use Heavy Slam as a generally strong move against neutral targets.) Due to Mudbray's typing leaving it vulnerable to Grass- and Water-types like Grookey and Staryu, Pokemon like Foongus and Ferroseed who generally have a good matchup against them work well as teammates. Taunt Mienfoo is useful for letting Mudbray switch into Pokemon like Koffing which would normally be risky to do.
QC 1/1 when my comments are implemented. Good work!
