Witty Name(OU)

Hey all, first RMT
This is an Offensive Team, and yeah, so here we go.

Infernape@Focus Sash
Blaze - Naive
252 Atk/252 Spd
Endeavor
Vacuum Wave
Fire Blast
Stealth Rock

Standard EndeavorApe. This lead gets down rocks or Fire Blasts whatever's first. Rocks take priority, but can be foiled by the occasional(for me) Taunt lead. LeadApe works better with my team, but this Infernape can bluff Lead and usually get at least one Endeavor in. Obviously this is my lead, and a dang good one at that.

Scizor@Lefties
Technician - Adamant
180 HP/252 Atk/76 Spd
Bullet Punch
Brick Break
Swords Dance
Roost

And the Endeavored pokemon gets Bullet Punched by Scizor. While this is a mainly offensive team, I choose Bulky SD over CB because I don't like being locked into one move, for all the 50% extra power. The extra EV's in speed, just to stop any speed ties that might happen. Yes, I screwed over this EV spread, but it works. This can also force a switch and get SD in, the proceed to sweep.
P.S. This was a Zapdos, but I figured out the glaring special wall and Ice weakness

Breloom@Toxic Orb
Poison Heal - Jolly
4 HP/ 252 Atk// 252 Spd
Superpower
Seed Bomb
Facade
Spore

She's the greatest thing since Garchomp went to Ubers. No, not really, but Breloom is a great physical attacker, resisted only by a few, such as Gengar. Again, the EV spread is weird because I prefer a stranger stat spread. Non-choice over SubPunch; I don't like Focus Punch. Less set up also. This mon usually comes in after I'm two down, Facade is a beast to whatever doesn't resist it.

Rotom-F@Choice Scarf
Levitate - Modest
4 HP/244 SpA/8 SpDef/252 Spd
Blizzard
T-bolt
Trick
Shadow Ball

Not just for storing your food anymore! Nope, this fridge is even faster than your mom, coming in on Rapid Spin, D-Punch, Seismic Toss, and Earthquake. Also great for finishing off the Endeavored pokemon and an above par Revenge killer. Trick is great for walls but can be screwed over when Choice Scarf gets Tricked to something that can use it. This Rotom is my second choice after Nape suicides if I don't feel like BPing the Endeavored mon. The ScarfRotom outspeeds most things, and is very useful for revenge killing.

Latias@Choice Specs
Levitate - Timid
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spd/
T-bolt
Draco Meteor
Surf
Trick

Timid, huh? Nope, this girl comes in on special moves and takes em like a woman. Trick is easier with her as walls and physical attackers don't like a C-Specs. She and Rotom hate a certain pink blob, but it helps to have Tricked their item onto her. Of course, that's all they can do, but Latias is my nuke, usually for physical walls and attackers. Doesn't force a lot of switches, but it's okay, usually one of her moves can deal good damage to whatever stays in.

Gliscor@Lefties
Sand Veil - Jolly
232 HP/16 Atk/36 Def/224 Spd
Earthquake
Toxic
Taunt
Roost

Ah, yes, the day scorpions learned to fly, causing electrics everywhere to scream in terror as they realized their puny attacks did nothing. Yes, this is a stall breaker and local Electric resist. Gliscor likes to Taunt walls and set ups, E-quake Elecs, and Toxic anything for good results(bar Steel types). Yes, nothing likes a Toxic, Roost for stalling, E-quake for Electrics and Taunt for those pesky walls. Also note that this is the only semi defensive pokemon I have. If needed, I can bring Gliscor in on an Ice Shard from something like Abomasnow, and usually get Toxic or E-quake in, for the kill from someone else.

Threat list:
Standard Ladder is horrible for data, as the variation in teams is too much to say much. The only thing I can think of is Electivire, and that's also if it comes in on T-bolt
No spinner means rocks are a problem, but nothing takes too much from it.

Thanks! Comments are appriciated!

Your descriptions are pretty short, try to elaborate the role of each Pokemon on your team. Is there a purpose for the random EVs on certain Pokemon? For example, your Specs Latias gives up max Special Attack for a seemingly arbitrary 4 Special Defense points. For offensive Pokemon, putting 252 EVs in the attacking stat and 252 EVs in Speed is generaly the best idea. Choice Scarf Rotom-A should really have a Timid Nature to outspeed +1 Jolly Gyarados, especially because the rest of your team loses to Gyarados after a Dragon Dance if it has Ice Fang or Bounce. I advise you to switch to Rotom-H and use Overheat instead of the unreliable Blizzard. This allows you to check threats such as Scizor, Lucario, and Metagross much more effectively. Salamence and Dragonite outspeed Scarf Rotom-A after one Dragon Dance anyway, so Blizzard won't be very useful.

I can see DD Salamence causing big problems for your team- after one Dragon Dance, it outspeeds and OHKOs all of your Pokemon with either Outrage or Fire Blast, with the exception of Gliscor, who can only Toxic it. Scizor can revenge kill it if it is weakened, but the lack of a Choice Band means that you'll often be forced to sacrifice multiple Pokemon to take out Salamence- assuming that your opponent doesn't eliminate Scizor beforehand. You could give Latias a Choice Scarf instead of Specs (and use the same moveset), which would allow it to outpace and OHKO +1 Gyarados and Salamence. If you make this change, you should consider using the standard Rotom-H set, allowing you to block Rapid Spin and deal with Pursuit users more effectively. The EVs are 252 HP / 168 Defense / 88 Speed. The typical moves are Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Overheat, and Will-O-Wisp. Good luck with your team!

Hiya!

I noticed that the majority of your members have a jumbled EV spread. Ape is missing some EV's and Rotom and Breloom have several stat points allocated into needless areas that, if wisely invested, would be more beneficial in another area, like speed or an offensive stat. I highly suggest that you fix these by allocating them into the appropriate standard spreads.

On Breloom, I suggest placing Mach Punch over Superpower. Breloom is not very bulky, per se, so it wouldn't appreciate the loss of defense. With Mach Punch, you gain the ability to revenge pesky things like Swine or Heatran that would otherwise shred your team. Of course, you lose a lot of power without Superpower, but only in return for some revenge killing.

On Infernape, I noticed that it has max attack, but it has no physical moves, barring Endeavor, which attack EV's are useless anyways. I suggest switching those attack EV's into special attack.

On Scizor, my nitpick would be to change it into a CB variant to help you scout. But that's just me.

That's pretty much all I'm allowed to say for now. Good luck!

Hi ya there.

Your team looks fairly weak to Salamence, particularly MixMence as it is not so often locked into Outrage. Choice Scarf Rotom-F is hardly a reliable way to revenge kill it. At first sight of such a Pokemon Salamence will most likely switch (assuming its already used Draco Meteor), but besides that, Blizzard only has a 70% of hitting. Replacing this Rotom with Rotom-W will better serve your team I'd say. With said Rotom-A, you can use Hydro Pump to hurt Heatran, who is likely to switch in. If you manage to kill Heatran right off the bat, Scizor and Breloom with be able to sweep much easier. To more easily revenge kill even Dragon Dance Salamence, you can give Latias a Choice Scarf. This obviously makes Latias extremely fast, and thus can revenge kill +1 Salamence, as well as Gyarados. (With Rotom-A being weak to Pursuit, it is good to have two checks to Gyarados, despite Latias also being weak to Pursuit.) Since your team looks pretty offensive, I don't see why you'd want to Toxic stall something with Gliscor. Better yet, you can use Stone Edge to pick off weakened Gyarados and Salamence. This works well with Hyper Cutter, so remember to change your ability to that.

Good luck.

First of all, the EV's are messed on a snap whim, I dunno what I was thinking. Fixed those. Second, Infernape's EV's are in SpAtk and Spd, not Atk and Spd. Also, for Ape, that is the standard EV spread, putting them anywhere else would kill the point of Endeavor.

Second, I will try all of the suggestions, putting in Rotom-H standard, and trying the choice set, and also trying Rotom-W. Switching Superpower on Breloom for Mach Punch, which works better because Breloom doesn't use Superpower all that much anyway. Like I said, I dislike Choice users but I'll try CB Scizor, and also change the items on the Rotom-A and Latias. Gliscor doesn't really toxi-stall, but it's the only standard attack set that carries Taunt. I'll test with Stone Edge over Toxic though. Thanks guys!
