Now it seems, you decide
To proceed, at this time,
With a deed, that by far,
Makes deceased, one pulsar.

You are a Vanilla Town, of the Village.

One of eight nine. Your strength is in your numbers. Two of your kind have been secretly chosen as Backups in case a villager with power dies.

You win if the Mafia and the Werewolf are eliminated with at least one town remaining.

Night 3 Deadline: https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/launch?iso=20240727T16&p0=104&msg=End+of+Night+3&font=sanserif

As you wake up, grab a brush and put a little make-up, you find two bodies on the floor. Who leaves these here, honestly?

One of them was mutilated far more heavily than the other, but from what little you can make out, it appears to be the body of joey.
Hello, USER1, USER2, and joey. You are the Mafia.

Between the three of you, you have a nightly kill that can be assigned to anyone. Select one of you and a target, and the target will die.

USER1 is the Vote Negator, who may select a target to set their vote value to 0, even if they lock their Vote. This does not work on the Werewolf. Your target will not be informed that their vote is now worth 0. This effect lasts one day.
USER2 is the Rolecop. Pick a target and find their role. This will detect the Village Backups, even if they don't know their own power yet. As an information role, you will be notfied if the Jailkeeper stops you from completing this effect.
joey is the Backup. If either other of you dies, they may elect to pick up the dead role. This is permanent once chosen, but you only lock it in once your night action is resolved.

Any of you may both kill and perform a night action.

The other appears to have been shot dead, clearly being Lechen.
You are the Village Tracker.

Every Night Phase, you may track one person to see who they target. You cannot track killing actions, so only powers. As an information role, you will be notified if the Jailkeeper stops you from completing this effect.

If you perish, there is a chance someone will take over as the Backup Tracker.

You win if the Mafia and the Werewolf are eliminated with at least one town remaining.

Day 2 ends in 48 hours. https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/sale?iso=20240729T16&p0=5442&font=cursive

I think we're doing well. Lechen's death and the mislynches we've been making are unfortunate, but I believe they will provide us with a lot of information to try and solve the game from now on.

We have a numerical advantage, and if we manage to vote correctly today, we'll be in a very good position.

Also, I think that if anyone received the alert of being the new tracker, they should inform us as soon as possible so we can start working from now and give time for possible counterclaims that could help us determine the vote. Right? I mean, tracker claim isn't that dangerous to claim.

Oh, I would like to hear what you think about Catfries. In my last read of the game, I said that I think he could slightly be town, but I'm not sure. Do you think that after seeing the revelation that Joey is mafia, there's anything clearer that could lean them one way or the other?

To be honest I think he might be slighty be town but I feel like redless might not be town for some reason. He could be mafia or wolf but rn im not sure. I dont wanna make predictions just yet until i hear more from catfries and others

I want to talk about a few endgames that can happen:

1. We lynch village today.
1a. Mafia nightkills town, wolf nightkills town: we enter tomorrow with a 1/2/1 split.
1b. Mafia nightkills wolf, wolf nightkills town: we enter tomorrow with a 2/2/1 split, and mafia know the wolf.
1c. Mafia nightkills town, wolf nightkills mafia: we enter tomorrow with a 2/1/1 split.
1d. Mafia nightkills wolf, wolf nightkills mafia: we enter tomorrow with a 3/1/1 split, and mafia knows the wolf.

2. We lynch mafia today.
2a. Mafia nightkills town, wolf nightkills town: we enter tomorrow with a 2/1/1 split.
2b. Mafia nightkills wolf, wolf nightkills town: we enter tomorrow with a 3/1/1 split.
2c. Mafia nightkills town, wolf nightkills mafia: we enter tomorrow with a 3/0/1 split.
2d. Mafia nightkills wolf, wolf nightkills mafia: we enter tomorrow with a 4/0/1 split.

3. We lynch wolf today. We enter tomorrow with a 3/2/0 split.

If town knew the identity of the wolf, we'd be fools to vote for anyone else. Voting elsewhere, even if we hit mafia, is likely to lead to scenario 2a, which requires the village to nolynch and then for both scumteams to hit one another. Winning as village without hitting the wolf today requires a lot of crossfire between the two scumteams, as well as several correct lynches in a row.

On the other hand, if town knew the identity of the werewolf and then voted that person out, we'd be left with the 3/2/0 split. Even if we did vote mafia out the following day, that would put us down to a 2 v 1, which the mafia have a 66% chance of winning.

What I'm trying to say is, the main threat to a mafia victory here is the wolf. Mafia should strongly consider open claiming in order to get the wolf lynched. If village know who the wolf is, village always votes wolf instead of mafia. And as mafia, your odds of winning are better if town lynches wolf and then lynches mafia than if town lynches town or mafia today.

thanks for that information any other thoughts>

##Vote Redless

I felt a bit better about him on D3, seemed like his posting was more believable from a town POV than before, but there's still a reason I SRed him in the first place and Joey being scum makes him look really bad imo. Reading through Joey's ISO there was sooooo much shading and occasional voting before finding an excuse to move onto someone else (like pulsar!), it just reads like distancing with a scum!joey lens.
