Flavor (Required): Within the Sevii Islands, is a Pokémon thought to be long lost in time due to exploding in the middle of the ocean. However, after rumors around the middle of those isles, one trainer have sighted a monstrosity called Mewtron. Mewtron is said to be an attempt to clone Mewtwo, but has escaped containment before it could be finalized. It’s potential became limited, but it is stated to be built to counteract Mewtwo with it’s incredible will for fighting, as well as being a threat to both Lugia and Ho-Oh, two other Legendary Pokémon.
Competitive Overview (Optional): Specially bulky Pokémon capable of special walling or physical wallbreaking depending on the player’s need. Unlike Lugia, it is far from passive with a respectable Attack by Ubers standard, and is able to ise Neutron Press to pressure back at Special Attackers, as well as punishing an Yveltal switch-in.

It's time to vote for a new Mew! In case you missed reading it from the OP, these is how we'll go about it:

New member submissions:
This is a ranked pairs poll. The order of your preferences DOES matter. You may rank as many or as few options as you like, but we encourage you to rank as many options as possible as the more options you vote for, the more your own individual votes will count. Additionally, your own submission, which must be marked with (SV), cannot be your first nor only vote. A typical ballot may look like this:

Submission B [3/3 points]
Submission A (SV) [2/3 points]
Submission C [1/3 points]

Only the submission(s) with the highest amount of votes will be added. These are your eligible Mews:

Cyaneedle's Cumewlus
Falchion's Mewtation
Samtendo09's Mewtron

Adjustment submissions:
Only vote for one adjustment you prefer by the submitter's username. If you do not prefer any, simply put in No Adjustment Needed.

This is the adjustment submitted:

SLATE THREE: BEASTS
:Raikou:, :Entei:, :Suicune:
For our third slate, we're chasing after the original Legendary group with actual lore: Raikou, Entei, and Suicune.

Rules of the slate:
  • Name must be a composite of [something related to the type] + [a title of royalty or nobility in an Asian language].
  • Must be a monotype.
  • Must know Extreme Speed, Leer, Bite, Calm Mind, Roar, Crunch, Extrasensory.
  • Their base Ability must be Pressure; their Hidden Ability is otherwise locked to Inner Focus unless you also submit an adjustment for the other beasts.
  • Must have a BST limit around 580.
  • *Flavour is generally recommended to relate to the Burnt Tower... unless you'll like to start planning for the next slate, which if you've been keeping track relates to their Trio Master.
Submissions will last for at least 9 days!

*If you are a coder and interested in coding for this Pet Mod, please contact me and/or Yoshiblaze ASAP o7

(Adjustments: Entei -> Sheer Force, Suicune -> Water Absorb, Raikou -> Motor Drive)

:umbreon:
Name: Fukushukun (Fukushu (Meaning Vengeance) + Shukun (Meaning Master or Lord)
Type: Dark
Abilities: Pressure // Strong Jaw
Stats: 100/115/115/85/90/75 (580)
Flavor (Mandatory):
Born from the ashes of Bell tower, Fukushukun was buried too deep to be touched by Ho-oh’s grace. Some believe it’s survived on contempt alone, hoping to exact revenge on the bird who failed to save it.

It’s believed that Fukushukun has a bite strength of over 2,000 PSI, crushing its prey with ease. The embodiment of resentment, it spends its time prowling the darkest nights of the Johto region.
As you’ve probably heard from many pokemon fans, it’s implied that the legendary beasts stemmed from the revival of three eeveelutions: Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon. So naturally I thought, “Hey, what if one of the gen 2 eevees got one”. I didn’t want to use Espeon, since we just did a mew slate, so I landed on the dark type, Umbreon.

The idea that ho-oh missed a poor animal that lay within the tower - to no fault of its own, mind you - leaving it to crawl out on its own volition was also interesting to me. The idea of one beast emerging not because of ho-oh, but rather in response to it, felt like a strong base to design Fukushukun.
It also fills an archetype that the other three dont quite fit into, as a Slow Wallbreaker, though that was less important overall.

Relevant Movepool:

Special: Dark Pulse, Snarl, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power, Extrasensory, Night Daze (banned by accuracy moves clause), Smog*, “Universal Moves”

*Yes, just Smog, the 30 BP 70% accurate 40% poison one. Its purely a flavour move :3

WIP

Name: Hakaijin [Haka (Japanese for grave | 墓) + Hakai (Japanese for destruction | 破壊) + Daijin (Japanese for minister | 大臣)]
Type: Ghost
Stats: 85 / 115 / 90 / 115 / 75 / 100 (580)
Abilities: Pressure | Wandering Spirit
Moves:

Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Last Respects, Shadow Claw, Phantom Force, Facade, Extreme Speed, Body Slam, Frustration, Return, Double-Edge, Giga Impact, Bite, Lash Out, Crunch, Throat Chop, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Psychic Fangs, Play Rough, Acrobatics, Temper Flare, Trailblaze

Curse, Acupressure, Leer, Pain Spilt, Protect, Roar, Substitute, Sleep Talk, Calm Mind, Imprison, Light Screen, Psychic Terrain, Reflect, Rest, Trick, Trick Room, Hone Claws, Memento, Parting Shot, Snatch, Taunt, Torment, Defog, Toxic
Flavor (Required): Hakaijin embodies the corruption of fear. This Pokémon was first sighted after a great fire. Only by showing compassion or great strength will you survive.
If Raikou represents the lightning bolt, Entei the fire, and Suicune the rain, then Hakaijin represents the smoke left behind. Hakaijin itself is loosely based on the concept of a literal Schrödinger's cat, as well as a panther. Panthers are in actuality a catch-all term for the large felines rather than its own species, much like how Hakaijin is also a representation of the beasts. Its title as minister works on several levels - it's a literal shadow minister, and a minister typically associated with a congregation rather than government. There's also the hint of its own sort of 'inferiority' compared to the actual three.
Competitive Overview (Optional): A mixed attacker who relies on its strong stab to clean up.

Name: Raikou
Move: +Overheat
Ability: Inner Focus-> Lightning Rod

Name: Enter
Move: +Raging Fury -Stone Edge
Ability: Inner Focus-> Flash Fire

Move: Suicune
Move: +Aurora Veil
Ability: Inner Focus-> Snow Warning

Name: Morida (Mori, Japanese of Woods + Rida, Japanese of Leader)
Type: Grass
Stats: 85 / 115 / 100 / 90 / 75 / 115 (580)
Weight: 184.5 kg
Abilities: Pressure | Sap Sipper
Moves:

Crunch, Extreme Speed, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Power Whip, Bullet Seed, Rock Blast, Zen Headbutt, Body Press | Bite, Seed Bomb, Branch Poke, Psycho Cut, Giga Impact, Facade, Slash, Take Down, Double-Edge, Wild Charge, Fury Swipes, Bounce
Special.png
Giga Drain, Earth Power, Solar Beam, Psychic, Energy Ball, Surf, Scorching Sands, Air Slash | Extrasensory, Mud Slap, Mud Shot, Absorb, Mega Drain, Hyper Voice, Hyper Beam, Snarl, Ancient Power, Hurricane
Status.png
Roar, Rest, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Recover, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Defog, Yawn, Agility, Hone Claws, Leech Seed, Aromatherapy, Calm Mind | Leer, Synthesis, Tail Whip, Growl, Tailwind, After You, Sand Attack
Flavor (Required):
“Calm before the storm…” Morida was once part of a quartet of Pokémon, before leaving on it’s own away from the tower. While the other three perished in the burned tower and reincarnated, Morida has perished in an unknown forest before it in turn become revived by Ho-Oh. It has a green body with hazel colored streaks that resembles grasses and leaves.
Competitive Overview (Optional):
Plays as either a physical wall with consistent recovery and Aromatherapy support, or a set-up physical / special wallbreaker with Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Calm Mind and Hone Claws as set-up options. Extreme Speed allows it to finish off weakened threats or go for ExtremeKiller strat. It’s average Speed and low Special bulk leaves it vulnerable against fast special attackers, including Tail Glow Lumiquatro.

Adjustments:
Raikou: Inner Focus -> Motor Drive
Entei: Inner Focus -> Flash Fire
Suicune: Inner Focus -> Storm Drain

Wanted to add event abilities but decided against it for cohesion with the new subs + I wasn't satisfied with my ideas.
(Would it be possible to remove pressure from stuff on future slates so we can have more fun on the ability choices ?)

Adjustements :
Name
: :raikou: Raikou
Abilities: Inner Focus -> Volt Absorb
Moves
:
+ Fake Out, Spikes, Incinerate, Earthquake

99% flavor changes since I'm changing the other guys. Spikes is niche utility to capitalize on switch-ins, Volt Absorb is nice for Zapdos/other electrics and makes Raikou less threating than if it were to get Lightning Rod.

Name: :entei: Entei
Abilities: Inner Focus -> Flash Fire
Moves
:
+ Stealth Rock, Raging Fury, Magnitude, Temper Flare

Also 99% flavor changes. Flash Fire is good to absorb burns, and SR is for consistency since I'm adding hazard interactions on the other two beasts, but could be used on utility/bulky sets (but it's probably not going to be good)

Name: :suicune: Suicune
Abilities: Inner Focus -> Water Absorb
Moves
:
+ Defog, Flip Turn, Heal Bell, Life Dew (would have added Safeguard/Aurora Veil if I had more slots)

The real set of changes I'm interested in. Suicune gets major utility tools (notably pivoting and removal) to make full defensive/utility sets viable, and so it can do more stuff than CM sets.

Gonna start a rough 48 hour countdown.
(Would it be possible to remove pressure from stuff on future slates so we can have more fun on the ability choices ?)
This is spoiler territory, but at the moment, Pressure is gonna stay on any mon that either doesn't have any additional gimmicks or its base form - in other words, only :Ho-oh:, :Lugia:, :Deoxys: :Dialga: :Palkia: :Giratina: :Kyurem: - not their transformations in all but the former two, these specific forms - will have Pressure. Partially this is for competitive reasons, because there will be those who may choose to swap in something way too strong, so at least there is one option we can limit.

Name: Vizhu (Vicious + Zhu (主) (meaning Master or Lord, in this context))
Type: Dark
Abilities: Pressure // Strong Jaw
Stats: 100/115/115/85/90/75 (580)

Physical Dark type option and a good reference to the eeveelution theory, it does play against Umbreon's own play style, but that's a minor flavour detail. The name is throwing me off: Based on your romanisation, I presume you are using the Chinese pronunciation, but that's spoken like Ju (source: me as a native Chinese speaker). The portmanteau you're attempting might work better with shukun 主君, the Japanese pronunciation.

Similar physical stats like Vizhu above, though Morida does become a sorta budget version of actual Leafeon, with less physical bulk and speed. Rock coverage is a nice choice, but I think it'd suffer from accuracy issues. There is a minor nitpick over Ancient Power which the other beasts don't have, but it's again minor over the grand scheme of things.

Hey so I misunderstood the criticism i was given so im redoing my post. Oops.
The portmanteau you're attempting might work better with shukun 主君, the Japanese pronunciation.
Ok so this actually prompted me to look into the beasts names a second time, and this time i realized that they all seem to reference several japanese words, as opposed to alongside an english word.

After some looking I believe the best name i have currently is Fukushukun, from fukushu (Revenge/Vengeance) and shukun (as discussed). This name is tentative as i’d prefer a two-syllable portmanteau, but as it stands i do like this much more than the old ‘Vizhu’

Gonna start a rough 48 hour countdown.

Figured I swap around Defense, Special Attack and Speed so that Morida is faster than Leafeon. I already gave it Hone Claws so that it would want to set up to hit with Power Whip and Stone Edge.

Decided to keep Ancient Power for the fact that it is an ancient Pokémon and already learn Rock-type moves.

Pokemon: Sunshu (Japanese 砂 Suna, "sand" + 元首 Genshu, "Head of State")
Type: Ground
Stats: 105 / 115 / 95 / 75 / 75 / 115 (580 BST)
Abilities: Pressure, Inner Focus (Hidden)
Moves:
Physical.png

Extreme Speed, Bite, Crunch, Assurance, Slash, Fury Swipes, Headlong Rush, Dig, Dragon Claw, Smack Down, Aerial Ace, Facade, Thief, Brutal Swing, Shadow Claw, Stone Edge, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Payback, Night Slash, Play Rough, Feint Attack, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Earthquake

Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Snarl, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Scorching Sands
Status.png

Leer, Calm Mind, Roar, Extrasensory, Hone Claws, Torment, Odor Sleuth, Bulk Up, Taunt, Embargo, Work Up, Spikes, Sandstorm

Flavor:
Based in part on the Chinese White Tiger of the West, which guards the mythical Flowing Sands, Sunshu continues the tradition of the Legendary Beasts combining feliform and caniform traits by resembling a mix of a lynx and a badger. Its body is powerfully built with muscular legs, broad paws to avoid sinking into soft ground, and huge, sharp claws on its front feet for digging and attacking. It notably exhibits reverse countershading compared to most animals, with a rich orange-brown color to its underside and lower legs and a pale grayish white topside, with short, darker gray, wisp-like stripes along its sides and a gray patch running down its spine from behind its head to its short tail (in an inverse of a honey badger's white back and black sides). Its fur patterning thus resembles a raging wind lined with dust or sand, its pale coat blending into dust storms as it hunts within them. The large tufts of fur on its cheeks and the smaller ones on the ends of its ears are also gray, and the cloud-like quality to these makes it seem like trails of dust are falling from its fur; more such trailing tufts just above its paws give the impression of a cartoon dust trail left by someone running very fast.

"Legend has it that Sunshu represents the land upon which the Brass Tower was built, which was ruined by the tower's destruction. The barren soil stored in its fur comes off easily, bringing waste to all around it."
"It is thought that the construction of the Brass Tower upon the ground that became this Pokémon left it bitter and resentful. It destroys any vegetation it comes across, abiding in deserts of its own creation."

Competitive Overview:
Sunshu is a swift and deadly physical attacker with decent HP and physical Defense, but its special dump stats leave it vulnerable to Water-, Ice-, and Grass-type counters and coverage. Its powerful STAB moves include Earthquake and Headlong Rush, although Stomping Tantrum is also a good option to consider even if it may not get a power boost that often since most of its attacking moves have 100% accuracy. Meanwhile, its coverage includes Aerial Ace, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Shadow Claw, Dragon Claw, and Play Rough, giving it coverage options against all three of the types it is weak against and many more ways to surprise defensively-inclined foes of various kinds. While its support movepool is more limited, Odor Sleuth is useful for landing hits on targets more easily and help a Fighting- or Normal-type ruin a Ghost-type's day. In the right hands, Sunshu can be a devastating wallbreaker and revenge-killer, and while it isn't nearly as tough as it looks, opponents would be wise to predict which counterplay options to use in the face of its fast and furious attack style.
