Wow, I missed...[RMT]

You should firstly note that this team aims to make use of an NU pokemon that has such potential in OU that for some reason nobody seems to have tried using. I decided I would make a team that hones his potential into a devastating and frustrating pokemon that makes you smash your keyboard (or DS) against the wall.

Hungry Hippo (Hippowdon) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 232 HP / 156 Def / 76 SDef / 44 Atk

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off

Because this is a sandstorm team, permanent sandstorm is much required. Hippowdown does a great job at getting up sandstorm because he is a very bulky pokemon, and also he succeeds at getting up SR most of the time. Earthquake for STAB and Ice Fang is obvious to deal with leads like Aero and Dragonite. 44 Atk is used to guarantee the 2HKO with Ice Fang against leads like Aerodactyl who have survived without it barely (at 1-2%). 232 HP , 156 Def and 76 SDef gives him needed bulk to survive certain hits. Earthquake for STAB and Ice Fang is obvious.

Bulbasaur (Cacturne) @ BrightPowder

Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpE
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Sucker Punch
- Seed Bomb

And here we are to that devastating pokemon i mentioned earlier. Due to a little hole in the Evasion Clause, Cacturne finds himself with an extra 28% boost in evasion, enough to abuse a combination of swords dance and substitute until having high enough attack to abuse a very powerful STAB Sucker Punch. Common shut down moves like WoW and Sleep Powder find themselves to have only 47% accuracy, often missing. Fire Blast also only has 57% accuracy, giving me a decent change for me to survive.

NotSoCute (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 164 HP / 168 Atk / 176 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Iron Head
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave

This is a Smogon standard set (Thanks Smog<3) that works LIKE A (boss xD) CHARM. T-Wave the foe, and with the EV spread i become faster than anything not named Ninjask or Electrode. I can then alternate substitute and iron head to stall the opponet down, fire punch being there for foes like Scizor and Forretress that otherwise laugh at me.

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Charge Beam

The reason i use Magnezone is because ive found that my team has major troubles dealing with Skarmory.. It sets up Spikes in my face while I struggle to do damage to it at all. This set easily comes in and sets up in skarm's face with charge beam while killing it. I most likely will replace this with something else, please give me suggestions.

Wrecked (Gengar) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

Heres my Scarfed Gengar, which you might at first look flame me for using, but let me explain. Choice Scarf Gengar has monstrous speed, enough to outspeed all azelf except timid scarf. Destiny Bond works like a charm, allowing me to take another pokemon down when im at low health. Hidden Power [Flying] (or Psychic, please debate which is more useful) is used to kill Machamp and other fighting types. Shadow Ball for STAB and reliability. Thunderbolt is obvious. I do not need Hidden Power [Fire] for Scizor anymore because that it so commonly used that people expect Gengar to have it, and thus use Bullet Punch instead of Pursuit. So I can just switch out instead.

BulkyBitch (Registeel) @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Amnesia
- Rest
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

The last pokemon of the team. This is my UU Mixed Wall. It has 430 Def and very high HP with the EV spread and nature, and is able to boost it's special defense to monstrous levels with amnesia. Toxic + Seismic Toss is a beastly stalling combination in tandem with Rest and Amnesia. Walled by Gengar I know, you dont need to tell me that.

Major flaws:
~ Shed Shell Skarmory only is KOed by Gengar, but that problem is that everytime I bring Gengar in they switch Skarmory out.
~ OBVIOUS fire weakness, I know. Usually though I can take out pokes that have fire moves with Sucker Punch / ScarfGar.
~ Rain Dance teams give me a serious shitstorm. Considering adding T-Tar to this team for offensive prowess and more permanent sandstorm.

Please give me suggestions, thanks!

If you want to damage Skarm, you can run CB Tyrannitar. I think Stone Edge does like 80% to it. It also helps to have a second Sandstream set-up Pokemon. I ran Scarftar on my old SS team, for example. I applaud you for using Cacturne. It's a good Pokemon.

EDIT: I also can't believe I forgot to mention Gliscor.

Looks like a decent team. This, of course, is coming from an absolute n00b, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

The one thing I would change is replacing the scarf gengar for a scarfed flygon. It wouldn't take damage from the sandstorm, and it makes a very good revenge killer thanks to u-turn. It would also give you a fire resistance.

I just don't see Magnezone fitting in to team very well. It seems like the only purpose it would have would be to deal with skarmory. I think you should definitely find a spot for t-tar in that team, and I think the perfect way of doing that is to replace magnezone. Maybe you could make your jirachi some sort of special attacker instead of the physical attacker it is now to deal with skarmory.

Again, this advice is from a noob, so don't take it too seriously.

Run a T-Tar Lead
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 atk
Chople berry
Stealth Rock
Stone edge
Pursuit
Crunch / eq / Superpower

Can fit on your team better
