Xatu is a decent utility option by virtue of its access to Magic Bounce and Teleport. Its decent bulk allows it to switch into Pokemon such as Galarian Weezing and Bronzong, either bouncing back their status moves or stomaching their attacks. Teleport allows Xatu to let its teammates pivot in safely thanks to its negative priority, giving the wallbreakers it's often paired with many more opportunities to throw off strong attacks. Heat Wave gives Xatu a way to damage opposing Steel-types such as Escavalier and Doublade, while Thunder Wave allows it to give its slower teammates even more opportunities by paralyzing faster Pokemon such as Inteleon and Noivern. Toxic can be used over either option to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Gigalith and Milotic. The given EV spread allows Xatu to outspeed Timid Sylveon, Machamp, and Pangoro while also surviving a Knock Off from Jolly Sirfetch'd. The remaining EVs maximize its special bulk, giving it an easier time with foes such as Noivern and Roserade.

Xatu is best paired with strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of the switches it forces and its ability to bring them in via Teleport. Machamp, Pangoro, and Choice Band Haxorus are able to power through Gigalith, Umbreon, and Incineroar, common Pokemon that would otherwise switch into Xatu with ease. In return, they appreciate Xatu's ability to reliably switch into Noivern, which would otherwise easily revenge kill them, and slow down the opposing team with Thunder Wave. Toxtricity is another wallbreaker that is able to capitalize on some of the Pokemon Xatu invites in, such as Doublade and bulky Water-types like Milotic, and forms a VoltTurn core with Xatu. Rotom-W can also form a VoltTurn core with Xatu and has good defensive synergy with Xatu. The support Xatu's Magic Bounce provides can also enable Rotom-W to forgo Defog in favor of another move like Will-O-Wisp or Nasty Plot. Xatu struggles with common Ghost-types like Chandelure, so Pokemon that can switch into and threaten them such as Incineroar and Gigalith are excellent partners. It also baits in Electric-types such as Heliolisk and Rotom-W, so teammates that check them such as Roserade and Celebi are helpful. Pokemon that appreciate entry hazards being bounced back are good partners for Xatu. This includes Pokemon such as Chandelure and Darmanitan. Xatu also appreciates partners that can threaten the Psychic-types that wall it, like Incineroar and Golisopod.

Xatu is a decent utility option in the tier by virtue of its access to Magic Bounce and Teleport. Its decent bulk allows it to switch into Pokemon such as Galarian Weezing and Bronzong, either bouncing back their status moves or stomaching their attacks. Teleport allows Xatu to safely pivot into its teammates, you mean it lets its teammates pivot in, not pivot into its teammates. I would also comment on it always brings them in safely. giving the wallbreakers it's often paired with many more opportunities to throw off strong attacks. Heat Wave gives Xatu a way to damage opposing Steel-types such as Escavalier and Doublade, while Thunder Wave allows it to spread paralysis, giving its slower teammates even more opportunities. I would say how it can punish faster threats trying to take advantage of it like Gardevoir and Noivern, something the SpD bulk helps it with. Toxic can be used over either option to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Gigalith and Milotic. The given EV spread allows Xatu to outspeed Jolly Bewear and survive a Knock Off from Jolly Sirfetch'd allowing it to beat both of them with Psychic (This at least signifies the importance of having Psychic on it), with the remaining EVs maximising its special bulk to handle foes like Roserade better.

Xatu is best paired with strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of the switches Xatu forces and its ability to bring them in via Teleport. Mamoswine, Machamp and Sirfetch'd are able to easily power through Gigalith, Rhyperior and Incineroar, common Pokemon that would otherwise switch into Xatu with ease. These Pokemon also appreciate Xatu's ability to slow down the opposing team with Thunder Wave. Choice Band Haxorus is another good partner for Xatu as it can break down Pokemon such as Doublade and Umbreon. I would honestly just include Hax in the first point, all of those Mons can break these two as well, Mamo just has a harder time with Umbreon. Then just replace one of the Rock-type mentions with Umb or Doub. It appreciates Xatu's ability to check Noivern decently, too. Likewise, two of those Mons you previously mentioned appreciate it doing this too. Given the likelihood Mamo gets the hammer, you can just remove it to make it easier to fit in the point about them all appreciating it checking Noivern. Toxtricity is another wallbreaker able to capitalise on some of the Pokemon Xatu forces in, such as Doublade and bulky Water-types like Milotic, Xatu appreciates it breaking all the water-types that just sit on it and can work well on VoltTurn teams that use Xatu as a pivot. Just say it forms a Voltturn core with Xatu, this seems like its worded awkwardly.

This whole thing being about just wallbreakers is rather one-dimensional. I think it's fine to have most of it on the subject. But include the following:

- Partners that help deal with Ghost-types like Incineroar and Gigalith
- Partners that can check Elec-types for it like Rhyperior, Roserade etc.
- Partners that appreciate the utility Magic Bounce gives of keeping hazards off like Chandelure, SubToxic Araq

- Xatu is fodder for pretty much every Psychic-type in the tier so Pokemon that alleviate these matchups. This can be things like Doublade and Incineroar. You can tie in the Chandelure mention here too.

The given EV spread allows Xatu to outspeed Jolly Bewear use Timid Sylveon, Adamant Sirfetch'd, and Machamp as your examples here and survive a Knock Off from Jolly Sirfetch'd so it can beat them with Psychic, with the remaining EVs maximising its special bulk, giving it an easier time with foes such as Noivern and Roserade.

Pokemon that appreciate hazards being bounced back are good partners for Xatu. This includes Pokemon such as Chandelure and Araquanid I'd maybe find a different example considering lots of araqs run boots. Something that often can't afford to, like Darmanitan. These Pokemon can also threaten the Psychic-types that wall Xatu, making them good partners alongside Dark-types such as Incineroar. You may need to adjust this sentence a bit with the new change I've asked you to make to the previous sentence.

This looks great! Only other thing I'd do is find ways to mention Rotom-W wherever possible.

Heat Wave gives Xatu a way to damage opposing Steel-types such as Escavalier and Doublade, while Thunder Wave allows it to spread paralysis,(RC) giving its slower teammates even more opportunities by paralyzing faster Pokemon such as Inteleon and Noivern (I think I'm going to need to explain myself for this change. T-Wave gives ALL of Xatu's teammates more opportunities no matter who it paralyzes. I also think it's obvious, this is probably more of a subjective change that makes the writing more concise). Toxic can be used over either option to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Gigalith and Milotic. The given EV spread allows Xatu to outspeed Timid Sylveon, Machamp,(AC) and Pangoro, while also surviving a Knock Off from Jolly Sirfetch'd. The remaining EVs maximize its special bulk, giving it an easier time with foes such as Noivern and Roserade.

Xatu is best paired with strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of the switches it forces and its ability to bring them in via Teleport. Machamp, Pangoro,(AC) and Choice Band Haxorus are able to power through common Xatu switch-ins such as Gigalith, Umbreon,(AC) and Incineroar,(RC) common Pokemon that would otherwise switch into Xatu with ease. They appreciate Xatu's ability to slow opposing Pokemon with Thunder Wave and to reliably switch into Noivern as it would otherwise easily revenge kill them. These Pokemon also appreciate Xatu's ability to slow down the opposing team with Thunder Wave. Toxtricity is another wallbreaker that is able to capitalize capitalise (American spelling) on some of the Pokemon Xatu invites in (I'm not entirely sure what "invites in" means, but I'm assuming it means common Xatu checks. Please just write that instead my assumption is correct), such as Doublade and bulky Water-types like Milotic, and forms a VoltTurn core with Xatu. Rotom-W can also form a VoltTurn core with Xatu and has good defensive synergy with Xatu. The support Xatu's Magic Bounce provides can also enable Rotom-W to forgo Defog in favour favor (American spelling sux) of another move like Will-O-Wisp or Nasty Plot (you mentioned Rotom-W having good defensive synergy with Xatu which makes the NP reference here a bit odd. Then again idk the tier very well, so change as you see fit.). Xatu struggles with common Ghost-types like Chandelure, so Pokemon that can switch into and threaten them such as Incineroar and Gigalith (Gigalith is more of a Chandelure counter as opposed to a Ghost-type counter, right? If so, not sure if it's a good mention here.) are excellent partners. It also baits in Electric-types such as Heliolisk and Rotom-W, so teammates that check them such as Roserade and Celebi are helpful. Pokemon that appreciate hazards being bounced back are good partners for Xatu.(RP) This includes Pokemon such as Chandelure and Darmanitan. Xatu also appreciates partners that can threaten the Psychic-types that wall it, like Incineroar and Golisopod (Neither Incineroar nor Golisopod are Psychic-types. Not quite sure what you mean here but I think that's an easy fix for you).
