Excellent point. HP Ground is neccesary to cover Registeel and Empoleon, so changing it wouldn't be neccesary. Though, it's quite a simple matter of carrying a Zapdos counter. Timid LO Nidoking is able to take anything Zapdos can throw at it and then 2HKO any set that's not a dedicated special wall. Jolly banded-Weavile can either OHKO or 2HKO all of its sets with ice punch, even a dedicated physical wall.

Blastoise does Yanmega many, many favors by RapidSpinning the Rocks away.
The rocks aren't even that big a deal, you can use Blastoise or Hitmontop. I prefer blastoise, but intimidate is pretty damn useful at times.
Yanmega is your staple tops Poke. Even the Tinted Lens type is amazing. Just watch out for those rocks!
