Sorry, there's nothing I'd be willing to trade a flawless Scraggy for. I would like to trade a female Intimidate Scraggy spitback (any 4 perfect IVs, you choose) for a 4V male Venipede (whatever ability, as long as it's 31/31/31/xx/31/xx) though. Let me know if this is agreeable for you.

I'm interested in a male Larvesta female Swinub Bold Eevee, either gender. If you happen to have any with the Hidden Ability that'd be great (I'd be willing to throw in some BP items); but if not Run Away/Adaptability will do.
