I am taking Vietnam. That country has been almost non-stop in war for around 50 years or so (anti-Japan movements, First Indochina War, Second Indochina (Vietnam) War, and Third Indochina War) and neither the French, Japanese, Americans, nor Chinese managed to crush them.
