However, we have a tie on Gothitelle... Between Kadabrium and InvisibleWater! If you're making a submission for this slate, you can vote between one of those two.

Now, the next slate... Hmm... We did the Kantonian starters, as well as the Hoennian and Kalosian starters... The Alolan starters already have Z-Moves, and the Sinnoh starters are likely to get some because Sinnoh Confirmed...

...That leaves Johto and Unova... Well, since Unova has more representation than Johto right now, we're going with the Johto starters!

Z-Move's Description: Meganium's flower blows up to an enormous size, shields damage and stops certain moves from hitting it.
Z-Move Effect: Recovers 1/8 max HP per turn. | Takes 1/2 damage from attacks that are not Fire type | Cannot be hit by status on the turn it's used | Cannot have it's stats lowered. | Traps the user.
Competitive Value: Allows Meganium to become the tank it always wanted to be. With 80 / 100 / 100 bulk, double leftovers and Fur Coat on both defences is absurd. However, Meganium's crappy defensive typing and the fact that it can't switch definitely hold it back a hell of a lot.

Behemothic Basalt Blast miiight be a little OP. For reference, the Z-Move with the highest power is V-Create powered Inferno Overdrive, at 220, and Behemothic Basalt Blast is stronger than that even at half health. Plus, burn.

Its like double powered Eruption, which isn't that much of a deal on Typh. It feels balanced imo.
