Z-Move Name: Ultimate Aura Obliteration
Z-Move Type: Fighting
Z-Move Power: 190
Required Move: Aura Sphere
Z-Move Description: Lucario takes in all of the surrounding aura, and makes a gigantic sphere of aura with it, roughly 5 meters wide (For reference, Lucario's 1.2m tall). It then hits it into the target.
Z-Move Effect: While Lucario gets -1 to Defense and Special Defense, the target gets -2 in Defense and -2 in Special Defense. Stat changes are applied after the Z-Move hits.

Z-Move Name: Devotion Destruction
Z-Move Type: Normal
Z-Move Power: 115
Required Move: Return
Z-Move Description: Greninja attacks full force, with its trainer in mind. Once that is done, it undergoes a Bond Phenomenon to prove its loyalty further.
Z-Move Effect: After this Z-Move, Greninja becomes Ash-Greninja until the battle's end. Ash-Greninja would retain its ability from before the Z-Move.

I'd vote but these Z-Moves are getting more and more ridiculous. Mega summoning? Forme changing? I dont think that should even be codeable.

To be fair, if Greninja KO's the foe it will become Ash-Greninja anyways. That being said, the only Z-Move that I'd vote for that gives a form change would be Z-Relic Song. As for Megas, idk, I think I was the first one to do that, so I'm probably the one to blame, I'm not entirely sure if I'll do one again

Still disapointed the name isn't Z-Zone

Z-Move Description: Chesnaught curls itself in a ball of spikes, then it explodes this ball, scattering spikes all around
Z-Move Effect: Protects user, sets two layers of Toxic Spikes and three layers of Spikes on foe's side of the field. If foe uses a contact move when this is being used, foe looses 25% of HP

Has a good mix with the defensive/bulky attacker set.

Z-Move Description: Delphox swirls it's Wand around, summoning all types of flames, then they circle the foe and hit it
Z-Move Effect: Burns the foe and lowers all of the foe's Stats by two stages

This one I didn't really know what I wanted, other then using the Signature Move.

It's about how many of your submissions were winners. "Hydro Vortex = 6-8 wins; Inferno Overdrive = 3-5 wins; Breakneck Blitz = 1-2 wins". It's on the hall of fame in the first page

Inferno Overdrive is just a rank in the hall of fame. Also, I don't know what you mean by March 10th. I wrote February 10th. That date is the end of the submissions phase for the slate. It's shorter than usual because I was busy yesterday and there is only two Pokemon.
