24lid I just want to let you know that you were over-budget. Had you won, I would've had to disqualify you.

I just want to take this time to give a friendly reminder to everyone that if you are trying to be sneaky and bring a team that is over-budget, I will catch it (I have a calculator) and will disqualify you on the spot. You have been warned!

Didn't have a lot of energy to devote to unranked mons so I am sure there are a lot more, but those are the mons from the lower cost range that stand out to me
