Pokemon's mascot makes a name for itself in ZU as a glass cannon with unmatched offensive potential, acting as a mixed wallbreaker, pivot, and revenge killer all in one slot. Pikachu threatens the vast majority of teams because of its excellent coverage and has powerful priority for faster, more frail threats. The few Pokemon that can safely switch into Pikachu, such as Hippopotas, Carkol, Shiinotic, and Gourgeist-L, are either vulnerable to Surf or can be pivoted on with Volt Switch, allowing Pikachu to break down teams and bring in teammates such as Ivysaur and Galarian Mr. Mime. Pikachu's frailty ensures pretty much anything will be able to KO it, making pivots that offer U-turn support such as Silvally-Ice necessary teammates. Pikachu fails to trade with nearly all attackers, so it pairs well with wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Whiscash that break down teams and appreciate Pikachu's ability to pivot.

Pokemon's mascot makes a name for itself in ZU with Light Ball doubling it's Attack and Special Attack, Pikachu is the ultimate as a (fluff) glass cannon, with unmatched offensive potential, acting as a revenge killer, breaker, and pivot all in one slot (this explains Pikachu's niche and leads into the moves) and next to no defensive presence (implied b/c of "glass cannon"). Extreme Speed's high priority lets Pikachu eliminate weakened opponents like Mr. Mime and Dugtrio; Knock Off is a great utility move removing items such as Eviolite from Pokemon like Vibrava and Palpitoad (more than being a great utility move, Knock Off is key in Pikachu being difficult to switch into. Mention that Knock Off also helps Pikachu break slower mons such as Dusclops and Beheeyem); Volt Switch lets Pikachu pivot out of the few Pokemon that aren't threatened by it such as Shiinotic (and bring in teammates safely); Volt Tackle is an absolute nuke, frying nearly anything that doesn't resist it, while Surf can hit Ground-types such as Hippopotas and Carkol for super effective damage (less fluff plus another example), and Fake Out can provide some extra utility for helps Pikachu revenge kill weakened threats such as Silvally-Ice and Raichu in tandem with Extreme Speed. Pikachu's pathetic bulk makes pivots a neccesity, so try pairing it with Pokemon that offer U-turn support such as Silvally-Ice.

(This should be condensed, briefly explain how there's not much that switches into Pikachu and emphasize Pikachu's role as a breaker and pivot here. Also, lead into this next line (Pikachu's pathetic bulk) by mentioning how its nonexistent bulk affects how Pikachu is played (i.e needing faster mons weakened so it can pick them off with priority.) Pikachu's pathetic bulk makes pivots a necessity, so try pairing it with Pokemon that offer U-turn support such as Silvally-Ice.

minor additions that describe Pikachu's role more accurately

Pikachu's coverage in Knock Off and Surf alongside its sky high Attack and Special Attack makes few Pokemon able to safely switch into it along with being able to revenge kill faster threats with Extreme Speed and Fake Out.

this should be reworked because to me it currently reads like Surf+Fake Out are used together. Instead, say that Pikachu threatens the vast majority of teams because it has little switch-ins because of its excellent coverage and has powerful priority for faster, more frail threats. You don't have to go into detail about what it can or can't hit; rather, you can mention that Surf hits typical switch-ins such as Hippopotas and Carkoal while Fake Out makes Pikachu even more threatening against offensive threats such as Galarian Mr. Mime and Raichu.

The few Pokemon that can safely switch into Pikachu, such as Shiinotic and Gourgeist-L can be pivoted out of thanks to Volt Switch, allowing Pikachu to safely bring in teammates such as Ivysaur and Galarian Mr. Mime that threaten its counters.

It's not all upsides though as Pikachu's pathetic bulk guarantees pretty much anything will be able to KO it making pivots a necessity to bring it in safely so try pairing it with Pokemon that offer U-turn support such as Silvally-Ice. Also, because it fails to trade with nearly all attackers, Pikachu pairs well with wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Whiscash and Life Orb Stonjourner that break down teams and appreciate Pikachu's ability to pivot.

pikachu needs the offensive support of breakers to really shine as a revenge killer and be that much more effective of a breaker and pivot because the extra breaking power alongside pikachu gives you room to play aggressively and generate/keep up momentum
