Hey so I am -5 but I'm in the US and we do something really stupid called daylight savings time, so that may have messed up your own calculations. Because it was 9pm my time. Either way yes I can do the new time you proposed!

during daylight saving on the us east coast, the timezone changes from gmt-5 to gmt-4, so in future when scheduling you should say that your timezone is -4
