I would wait for some time to make sure it is completely dry and then try it but you should probably get another person's opinion.

Put it in a bag of rice, the rice will absorb the water.

Keep. At level 50 29 is one point from flawless.

It's not a Defensive nature Landorous either so the 29 SpDef is less harmful. Ice attacks will still probably knock it out either way.

Yes but the gender is decided the moment you receive the wonder card (I think ).

Why would you want it female anyway? Cherish ball can't be inherited and will end up being a pokeball anyway, just like usual ditto breeding.

Using a hairdryer on it was probably your biggest mistake.
