Ah, good, we could use a AAA replay or two. Imagine what can raise when the gates are opened.
More from AG.
- (L) Deoxys-N (!), itemless (!!), with Dark Pulse and Meteor Mash.
- (L) Cofagarius out, Sableye in. Cue the trash talk. L calls R a (BAN ME PLEASE) for switching.
- (L) Mega Mewtwo X using Double-Edge and Psychic on Sableye. And, for that, matter, switching into Sableye (but after a faint because that's the only way to switch you [BAN ME PLEASE]).
- (R) Sableye with Foul Play (good), Will-O-Wisp (good), and...Fake Out. Well, it has its uses, mostly in Doubles, where Fake Out leads are quite common, but it's a lesser sight in Singles.
- (R) Mega Banette with Phantom Force.
- (L) Primal Groudon with Dragon Claw (um, hits Ground types?).
- (L) Ragequit. Seriously, watch the battle; I shall not repeat what was said.
Here:
- (L) Zoroark is present. Just an FYI for anybody wishing to add commentary to this battle. Zoroark is also sitting in the last slot.
- (L) Meloetta with Perish Song, Sing (which actually hits a couple of times) and Drain Punch. Pretty sure no Relic Song, either.
- (L) Shaymin-N. Skymin is legal and completely better.
- (L) Togekiss with Air Slash (good), Thunder Wave (good), and Substitute (huh).
- (L) Focus Blast used on a Gengar, also Thief on either Ninetales or Zoroark. The illusion got me. Ninetales had Sucker Punch, though, as well as Confuse Ray. Hey InfernapeTropius11, you know what Ninetales gets?
- (R) Gengar with Hex and using Substitute with insufficient HP.
- (R) Ferrothorn Leech Seeding Shaymin. Also had Protect.
- (R) Gallade with Protect.
- (R) Talonflame versus Shaymin for the game, Talonflame Roosts at 47% when it could have attacked a second time and survived the recoil to win.
- (L) Shaymin using Earth Power on Talonflame. Explained in the chat: ★Ropose:Gorund just for the lulz
- I probably missed something, trying to figure the Zoroark/Ninetales thing threw me.
Quickie: Ninjask EvasionPasses to Azumarill, a Belly Drum variant with no Sitrus Berry. Also note the lack of Huge Power, since Dragonite is hit from 18% and
survives.
One more. Both players are having a lot of fun here; this is the carefree play AG seems to encourage alongside spamming every broken thing in existence. Nevertheless, here goes.
- (R) This hilarious moment in the chat. R has chosen Leaf for his avatar, leading to this: ★BattleShell:Wait I'm Not A Girl
- (R) Rotom mono. Does pretty well, actually.
- I accidentally move the game tab into a new window and have to c/p the URL into a new tab. Cue getting hollered at in the chat.
- (L) Zoroark with Hone Claws, Foul Play, and Dark Pulse.
- (L) Mixed Lucario with CC, Aura Sphere, and Dark Pulse.
- (R) Rotom-Fan with Foul Play.
- (L) Mixed Raichu with Thunder and Body Slam, using Thunder Wave at all in the context of this battle.
- (R) Mow misses back-to-back Leaf Storms. (Odds of this: 1%.)
- (R) Frost with a Red Card.
- (L) Mega Pidgeot uses Hurricane on Frost but gets the confusion--and then tanks a Blizzard to hang on with six percent.
- (R) Wash with Discharge.
- (R) Mow with Charge Beam, which gets the boost (70% chance, shocker). And RestTalk--nice!
- (L) Boomburst Noivern, also having Hyper Voice, Hone Claws, and Draco Meteor. Redundant lack of SE coverage much. (Although Draco has a tendency to miss when you least expect it to.)
- Mow kills Noivern and looks like it's about to stall out the game. Empoleon is waiting in the wings, however, and it Ice Beams...and freezes. Game over. Still, a very fun match to watch, and if these twelve Pokemon had optimal movesets it would easily be the most fun I've had watching a match in a while.
