If you walk 215? (I think) steps with x number of pokemon in your party, it will advance that many frames. That is why you should never aim higher than six because 1 + 5 pokemon in your party (you need room for your capture) lands you on frame 6 after the right number of steps. I JUST got wi-fi and have to go to bed soon but I should have more time to help tomorrow.

Good! I knew the ivs were really good but I couldn't remember what stat they were low in. Low atk on Quiet is perfect. :)

You need to have a minimum of three different flawless stats between the two parents but if they are both completely flawless, you will have a lot easier time finding seed that work. If you'd like a flawless Timid Ditto, bring an extra scrap poke. I'll be on ASAP.

Yeah I do ev wiping. I use ev wiping berries from the dreamworld.
