To be perfectly fair, 31/30/31/30/31/31 is the best HP Grass spread (though so uncommon). unless you're a mixed attack, in which case 31/31/30/30/31/31 is the best.

It's a stall team I think, mostly everyone is hit super effective (2/3HKO or can't harm Castform) while the only attackers can't touch Castform good enough (Giratina only 3HKOs).
I would, but his team would get absolutely owned by a Castform, someone who's widely regarded as weak. Besides, he's cute as a button.
When can I expect the Castform roughly? I was going to use it against a friend of mine who plays Ubers, who always thinks Pokemon of a lower tier are 100% inferior.
