If I ever wanted to try 3rd Gen RNGing, how you I even get the Pokemon onto an actual Retail Cart? I don't own Emerald, so I'd have to use an Emulator. I also only have a DS Lite, and no other system. I have access to 3rd Gen games (Ruby and Fire Red).
