Yup. It's weird though, the timing of it all. I also don't think it's a big enough deal to ban it, with XD being so old, and not many people having the knowledge and ability to RNG on the game. If they wanted to ban them, they should just ban them for battling purposes, but even that isn't a huge problem IMO. Only a few Pokemon have useful XD moves as it is.

To be honest, if I were you, I'd keep them, and probably continue to get them. You can still use them for battling (not sure if you any of that), and besides, there are still a shitload of people who care less about them being ram-hacked and "illegal" (lol).
I don't know if it'd be a good idea to make them public on pokecheck, as some people out there would probably take the initiative, and hack other pokes using your TID/SID and whatever, and make them public, which could lead to various incidents that's ruin your reputation. But, it's up to you.

Exactly. And for all intents and purposes, they are 100% legit, or at least, as close as humanly possible, since no one alive could ever time down to nanoseconds. What's even stupider is that other mods (Dr. Lexus at least) also have used this method, without complaint.
