Is using an external device (AR) to get certain IV's acceptable to battle with? I know it's absolutely illegal to trade and I will not be doing so, but would using it for a competative Poke be legal? EDIT: And by all this i am doing Legal hacks, so no unfair IVs, just sheer laziness. Also...

I think im doing this right. I have a spread on RNG reporter under method J that'd i want to use to catch a Shiny Giratina. It says frame 4140 for it. I subtract 1 for Giratina so it's 4139. So I'd go into the world and check my seed with the coin flip trick. If that's right, I could run 128...
