Yeah I was like 100ish from my original delay, so I got like near to my delay now on my sec.
I guess my issue was that now I RNG on a flashcard so I don't get the same delays like my platinum cartridge. My delays are way off and the sec is 12 instead of normal 15.

If it's a CP in D/P/Plat, non-shiny in a Net Ball.
If it's a CP in HG/SS, non-shiny in a Heavy Ball.
