i changed the ds clock to seven days later, and set it to 23:59. Still, after midnight, there were no legends. Do I have to beat the e4 again? Or do I really have to wait for 7 days

chances are you need to wait 1 day because when you change the clock on the DS you must wait 24 hours for time related events to be avaliable again. if they dont come back in 24 hours after you changed the clock then try beating the E4 again to make sure. if that doesnt work either then chances are you really need to wait 7 days.

I'm about to make a breeder Eevee that I'll use to produce more Eeveelutions. Papa Smeargle already has Yawn, Wish, and Charm. Are there any other moves that might be useful to any of the Eevees? (I'm considering between Tickle, Fake Tears, and Endure, if any of them are even worth the effort/Heart Scale.) This is gen 4.

My friend I had that same question. Here is the answer: Shedninja keeps the ev's that your nincada/ninjask had. It also carries over the move that Ninjask learns at that lvl. Say for example you evolve your nincada at lvl 52, your shedinja would have the move X-scissor along with nincada/ninjask's EVs.

I am not sure if this helps but recently I've been doing a ton EVing for other people. More often than not, I have to rebattle the gym leaders (esp Blue) to get the pokes to a certain lvl in order to obtain a certain move. By having one of your pokes holding an amulet coin and the poke you need leveling w/ an exp share, I can make about 500,000 in about 90 minutes. I am not sure if this is better than E4 routing, but I find it less obligating and way less waiting w/ Lance at the end.

Source: I filled up my mother's saving and my own personal savings in about 6 hours. My cash is over flowing. I buy vitamins in bulks in order to keep it leveled.

You can't get it in 4th generation games. It was an event, or I believe could be found in Game Cube games. And don't double or triple post, just amalgamate them into one post.

I've been a competitve poke battler for several years. I know the games inside and out, and have spend thousands of hours playing. I play without any tools or so much as an action replay, so I catch my pokes the old-fashioned way, SRing. I'm wondering if its worth making a trade thread here, since there's a flawless version of just about every pokemon in existence on this site. I do a pretty good job SRing, but its still just SRing. Here's an overview of what would be in my trade thread (I posted to illustrate the quality of my pokes only!). Do you think I should make a trade thread or not?

In Game Tiers

In one of the most recent Smogon magazines they discussed in game tiers.

They cite scyther in heart gold and soul silver as a top tier. Right now I am playing through and have a scyther that is at level 21. I am conflicted about whether or not to evolve it. If I evolve it i lose stab on wing attack but gain stab on metal claw. I also get a lot of resistances and higher attack if I evolve but lower speed. What do you think? Thanks Smogon Community!
