OK, could you maybe PM me a list of what you have? Any female in a cool ball I don't already have would be fine. The Riolu will be at least 4IVs and have four egg moves.
How valuable even is jirachi from the bonus disk/the bonus disk?
Unless it has good Nature, IVs and Body Slam, it's probably worthless. Shiny Jirachi might have some value but it's being released in Japan soon
All shiny Jirachi from Colosseum Bonus disk suck monkey poop. So, unless someone had some Gen 3 novelty going on it's worthless.
Any EMs in mind? I could breed you a Growlithe with Body Slam, Close Combat, Morning Sun, and Flare Blitz.
