Also if it was possible to get a 2010 Draco Meteor Jirachi on a Platinum cart?
I currently have both of those on my games, and I don't have action replay codes for those events on my Old AR, but I can't remember downloading them. There's a good chance I downloaded them legally, but it's been 4-6 years, so I can't remember. Was going to RNG abuse them when I get the new Laptop. :)

The Jirachi I'm sure you can. The Shaymin I do not remember.
They would have to be wifi events because I've never attended an actual event (I'm in the middle of no where).
I don't know anything about injected wonder cards so I doubt they were AR'd onto my game. But you never know. I did have AR back then.
Hmm, maybe I can get them hack checked after I RNG abuse them to be sure. I'm canadian, so they should have a... er... SID.. That's canadian. Or something; lol.

Im trying to get the TM Psych Up. I know you can get it with the emo/goth/ghost/whatever girl in the Anistar Pokemon Center, at a certain time, but I have changed my 3DS's time to a lot of different times and I havent gotten it yet. Do I actually have to wait until the right time?
As far as I remember, the Draco Meteor Jirachi event was a real-life event, at least here in Brazil. I recall going to the bookstore to receive it.
