Beldum doesn't have egg moves as far as I'm concerned. Also, Mega Metagross should answer your question to offensive/defensive.
beldum cant have egg moves cause genderless and offensive would go for jolly, cause mega metagross in ORAS gets a speed boost
Obviously you want a Modest Beldum with heal pulse, focus energy, synchro noise, & smog.
