With Plasmanta now complete, but before we move away from it for good, we have the potential to make pre-evolutions. The poll in this thread will decide how many, if any, Plasmanta should have.
This is going to be the first prevo since I became a fully fledged mod, so please talk to me on IRC or here if you want to get involved with helping out in running the process! I'll be making the first few threads depending on how these votes go! If you have any ideas for the Prevo process in general also let me know.
