Sets:

Charizard-Mega-X @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Claw
- Roost / Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost / Surf
- Calm Mind

The idea for this core is dragon spam. I really like both these mons so I thought "why not put both of them on the same team?" One weakens walls so that the other can sweep. CM Latios sets up on mons that Zard has trouble with, such as Hippowdon and Slowbro. In return, Zard beats Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Bisharp with ease. Threats include Heatran if neither dragon runs a move to deal with it, faster mons that can OHKO both such as opposing Latis or Scarf Ttar, and entry hazards. Fairies are a minor problem, however most are easily weakened by one dragon so that the other can revenge kill. One exception is Unaware Clefable, who has a chance of surviving LO Psyshock + Tough Claws Flare Blitz.

No rush to get this done. I'm sure you're all busy, and I know it's probably hard to build dragon spam with so many fairies running around in OU right now. Anyway, thanks in advance!

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Gunk Shot
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch

First time posting here. Just had an idea about this offensive core but I had no idea how to build a team around these.
First things off, Mega Gyarados hates Clefable, Azumarill, Ferrothorn and Keldeo so Toxicroak is a nice partner to get rid of them. Gyarados can contribute by defeating Hippowdon, Talonflame and bulky Psychics which Toxicroak fails to beat. The core is troubled by Electrics and fast Fairy-types as well as Mega Alakazam (especially Encore / Sub variants)

I'd like to request a core around Mega Sharpedo and Dragalge. Dragalge weakens Sharpedo's checks in Scizor, Keldeo, Ferrothorn, Thundurus, etc as well as providing tspikes support for an eventual Sharpedo sweep. Thanks!

Sets:

Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 236 Atk / 92 SpA / 180 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Crunch
- Hydro Pump
- Protect
- Whatever

Dragalge @ Draco Plate
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 224 HP / 252 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sludge Wave
- Toxic Spikes

Please change the sets if necessary, and thanks again!

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Dance

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Scald
- Hidden Power [Grass] / Extrasensory
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind

Gonna request a core based around these two because Tyranitar-Mega is a sweeper that is really unprepared for and, with its coverage, Offensive Cune can wear bulky checks to it like Azu, Gastrodon, Seismitoad, and Quagsire through HP Grass. With Extrasensory it can lure Venusaur-Mega, Keldeo, and Lopunny-Mega.

Taking these n_n but just so you know, I'm either going to change suicune to CM Rest Roar or change it to manaphy because there's no reason to use 3 attacks suicune over manaphy.

Hey guys, the thread looks sick! Anyway I was hoping somebody could build around this:

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Frustration
- High Jump Kick
- Encore

Scolipede @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Endeavor
- Megahorn

The idea is to weaken mons like hippo, slowbro,Unawareclef and fatchomp with T-spikes+spikes so lopunny can just devour everything in the universe. I was SO close to adding SD bisharp to the core but I didn't want to limit anybody to much (it fits in pretty damn well js). Lastly I see encore being a really cool option because with all the hazards up all the fatmons are forced to recover up, then once locked in they are forced to switch out and take another round of hazards.

Thanks guys, Keep up the good work!
I'll take this. Sorry for the wait.

I would like a team based on these two pokemon!
Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 36 Atk / 220 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Protect / Hidden Power Fire
- Moonblast
- Earth Power

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 56 Atk / 238 SpA / 216 Spe
Mild Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Roost / Iron Head / Hidden Power Fire

Modify thats sets if you need to. These two pokemons have great offensive synergy. Kyruem gets rids of threats that can stop Diancie, and Diancie gets rid of threats like faster dragons for Kyruem. Overall i want an offensive team, bulky of hyper, its up to you!
I'll take this as well.

Yo, really liked ur core so I decided to build around it. First off I want you to know that the sets are extremely customizable (while testing this team, I sometimes changed some sets and items). So since you wanted an offensive team, I opted for Lando-T as the rocker since it can keep momentum with U-Turn and really isn't setup fodder like some other sr setters (in other words, it's offensive ish). Chose it over Chomp because the core was weak to Sand Offense. Latios was mandatory for a Keldeo check and a Defogger since we have Volcarona aboard. I then added Keldeo to patch up the Gyarados-Mega and Bisharp weakness, making it scarf so it could clean late game and revenge kill some threats like Zard X. It also lures in the Latis for a pursuit trap. Finally, the Mega was originally Metagross as it had bomb synergy with Keld and Volc, but after testing, I felt the team was way too M-Zam weak, so I went with Mega Scizor. M-Zor provides a useful dragon and fairy check as well as M-Metagross counter. Decided SD U-Turn was the best fit so I could checkmate some Volcarona checks such as Talonflame with Ttar.

Speaking of Ttar, it is one of the sets that I changed from your original scarf. I felt the team was stall weak in all honesty and band tar really mitigates that, and it does cool things like ~80% damage with Pursuit on a fleeing Talonflame, but feel free to revert back to Scarf. Also other options is to try out Specs Keldeo as it anihilates fat cores/stall and provides additional wallbreaking (SubCM is cool too); Offensive 3 attacks M-Zor is a nice set to try out, maybe paired with ScarfTar and HW Latias imo; Heal Block Latios is smth to consider to prevent Volc checks from healing e.g. Chansey. Yeah, so hope you like the squad :]

Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

IVs: 0 Atk

- Dark Pulse
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam / Roar / Aura Sphere

Pretty nice hazards based bulky core that can take on many special attackers and wear physical attackers down with TSpikes. Type synergy is pretty obvious as Dragalge easily takes electric and grass type attacks and Blastoise can switch in against ice moves. Dragalge is a good switchin to special attackers like Gengar and Thundurus while Blastoise takes on bulky steel types like Heatran and Jirachi and can also spin away the hazards from pokemon like Hippowdon, Garchomp and Heatran, as they are all forced out by Scald or Ice Beam. I don't want to make this to restricted so I'll only make a 2-mon core but if the builders also could add a Wishrachi that would be awesome! Thanks in advance.
Taking this fun core !

this team is based around mixed hoopa-u of course, and mega manectric not only combats offense, but gets it in safely (especially via intimidate because it negates hoopa's bad physical bulk). garchomp provides stealth rock support while checking bisharp, scizor, lopunny, and metagross. i decided to go with max hp / max def+ because any good player isn't going to knock off a garchomp if they manage to hit +2 so the extra bulk comes in handy and you force out a lot anyways. fire blast is used since it kills ferrothorn and scizor so hoopa-u becomes more of nuiscance. klefki checks opposing hoopa-u, alakazam, and latios while completing the hazard stacking core. its access to thunder wave controls the pace/speed of the game which gives hoopa-u more chances to come in. rotom-w is the second pivot and helps kickstart the volt switch core. it also burns offensive teams best switch-in to mega manectric in latias. the final slot was obviously reserved to something that could check keldeo. celebi is kind of garbage in this metagame but it paralyzes a bunch of things for hoopa and has baton pass to help you keep momentum. it works fine on this team. i haven't really encountered many weaknesses using this team simply because klefki and celebi provide great speed control. however, special fire-types such as magma storm heatran, mega charizard y, and lum berry volcarona will be a pain to face, so try to lure these kind of 'mons with celebi's thunder wave so hoopa-u can revenge kill them. mega diancie with hidden power [fire] is obviously annoying as well because it is immune to thunder wave and can 2hko rotom-w so it can't switch-in. finally, excadrill can get out of hand considering how easy rotom-w is to wear down these days, so keep that in mind.

hyper offense is my favorite playstyle because it is quick and easy to win with especially when this metagame is plagued with balanced teams, so i'll give you this team as a bonus as there are two of you. azelf is the suicide lead which sets up rocks and makes sure you don't forfeit any momentum. it also ceates mind games because you know what your opponent's lead is. mega garchomp breaks balance teams easier than a sledgehammer breaking a computer screen. dragon rush is legit as it's powerful and doesn't make you confused + locked. it also has a flinch chance :p. scarf hoopa-u is the only hoopa-u for hyper offense. this thing hits hard af with fury and has the coverage options to make it work. thundurus is the second doom of offense and thunder wave provides speed control for garchomp. weavile and keldeo are annoying, so i added azumarill. you can change to choice band or belly drum, but i prefer the bulk while being able to switch moves with assault vest. bisharp punishes defog users and breaks bulkier teams in combination of mega garchomp.

please give feedback afterward and enjoy n_n

I'm dropping that Thundurus Entei Core from Dr.Ciel and deleting post to reflect that. Someone else can take it. Rather just use Raikou to remove fat waters and in the context of the core it necessitates a lot of stuff to maintain the SR weakness and lack of real defensive synergy which even for the sake of HO is super iffy to me consistency wise. Also the building didn't come natural at all and after about 5-10 minutes if I don't get a good grasp of an idea or something I aim for that works in actual practice rather than theory it's best if I just pass it on since I know a lot of guys are super eager about putting out some cool squads. Guess I'll explain my thought process as to what I think makes that core actually work and what another build can use as insight. Also it's a teambuilders shop so I guess a guy or gal can learn a thing or two into the mind of myself and use that to their advantage.

The core was just standard band Entei and Life Orbs Twave Thundurus with the normal moves.

http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/teambuilding-workshop-v2-closed.3542464/page-9#post-6333984

The logic in Dr.Ciels post was that Thundurus breaks down fat waters for Entei so that it can wallbreak while Entei breaks specially defensive walls, but in the context of a game where two teams aren't shit, you have two SR weak mons, two mons that need a legitimate water switch in, a check to scarf ground mons in chomp and lando-t, etc. I got more drained from supplementing all of this, guess it's the fact nothing useful came after building or at least something that didn't make me fall asleep on my comp after a days worth of work. I think Life Orb Thundurus is a waste on Enteis potential, because Entei's capabilities shine on volt-turn cores where I think volt turn thundurus would pair better with this. This core was actually good in later XY, I've used a build like this with M-Cham and screens just to give you an idea but now with M-Diancie and others in the picture along with the decrease in balance, you see where I'm getting at. With that said this brings me back to the point about Raikou, which I think would've been much better as you sit at a higher speed tier, sport a resistance to Electrics that Thundurus doesn't have this luxury of, neutrality to rocks and Ice, which is sort of a huge deal with Weavile on half the offensive teams you'll see, Assault Vest, Specs, or the liberty of running Calm Mind on it. Thundurus is a very dangerous Pokemon, but a dangerous Pokemon isn't always the right choice in terms of offensive and defensive synergy. My preference would be Entei + Raikou with a more bulky offensive build. I also wanted to use Band TTar with Scald / Surf, Energy Ball, U-Turn, Tail Glow Manaphy as the Latis and AV Raikou right now are the primary Manaphy switch ins being used on a lot of balanced builds and Band Tar has the ability to more or less invalidate these. Energy Ball Manaphy was for the sake of being a much more serious threat to waters as most waters in the tier sort of just lose to this unless Manaphy has prior damage and is facing a Specs Keld. M-alakazam, Serperior, Garchomp, Weavile, U-turn M-Scizor Baton Pass M-Cham / M-Lopunny are all things I considered. In the end I didn't like any of the builds and if I don't like the build and how it plays out in practice, I don't think it would help you out much. If you're gonna use Entei, use it on Volt-turn. If you're using it on balance, dump Thundurus use more consistent stuff in terms of not being set dependent to have a good matchup against the tier. Use Entei as a supplement, not a premise of a build where it shows its premise if you deviate the focus from Entei towards something else that a player is going to be more concerned with. That's how most people lose to Entei, they disregard it until it's too late so build off of that. Hope that helps someone.

Shops open. Be gentle.

so gentle, hahaha
I am looking for a Hyper Offense team with this core:

The idea behind this is: I want gyarados to sweep of course. Magnezone can get rid of those annoying steel types that wall gyara. Also gyara's weaknesses to fairy and electric types are covered by zone. Its a pretty simple idea. Hopefully the builder that takes this can find a nice taunt user to break stall teams.

Please just disregard the m-scizor + manaphy core i posted a while back*

Looking for a nice hyper offensive team with these 2 mons:

+

just the standard double intimidate core/volt turn core. I wanted landorus to be the earth plate variant with rock polish. It creates a nice late-game wincon if used correctly. Possible partners for this team can include mons that take care of manectric's threats like hippowdon. A nice rock setter should be included of course, and a stallbreaker mon

Hey SketchUp pretty fun core to build around, specially when i never build one with Mega Toise i think it is a good support mon but people dont like waste a mega slot with this. So first I want you to know that i've change the ev spread on Blastoise just enough spatk to HKO or 2HKO certains things like rotoms, lati@s, etc so let's go to the partners for the core was jirachi as you suggested with wish support for the other 2 mons in the core, i though was great idea specially because neither of 2 had recovery bar black sludge also flinching your opponent is nizche. Next i choose i'm going full hazard so i need spikes + rocks, Chesnaught + clef was the way, Ches is a hard counter of bisharp which is annoying for this team for sure, and then i put rocks on Clef in the first version you can pick the second version if you manaphy is a huge threat, i play few games against it and i still handle it but it's up to you and last i need it a second water resist and Metagross switch bar tpunch ones so i add Bulky Gyarados this thing also handle tornt and it's another phazer because as you can see this team is slow but have good switch ins against the majority of threats in the OU metagame, the only mon is a problem is hoopa so if you see one just lay up hazards as quickly as posible to wear it down. So i hope you like the team and Enjoy it.

The core was pretty fun to build around. I liked the idea of Magnezone trapping Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Skamory, so that M-Gyarados had an easier time versus teams. Hippowdon+Excadrill was added as the core was weak to the likes of M-Lopunny, M-Manectric, and M-Diancie, plus, I liked the idea of SD Drill vs other teams when the Skarmory and Ferrothorn get trapped by Magnezone. Hippowdon blanket checked so many threats in the tier, Latias was added to check the likes of Manaphy, Keldeo, and M-Charizard Y as well as provide hazard removal. Hoopa-U was added as the stallbreaker and it is just so great at breaking teams, I tried Special and Physical sets and both worked out well. Threats include Breloom, Keldeo, Azumarill, M-CharizardY+Pursuit support.

Gdi, I totally forgot to post the HO version lol. I'm on my phone now, will post later. The reason I built Balance is because I felt like you'd be more comfortable playing with it.

Edit for HO:
AV Raikou>Excadrill
Bulky SR Pivot Landorus>Hippowdon

Can build a stall with this core? please

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic / Wish
- Soft-Boiled / Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Snarl
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp

Here the explanation, Chansey is a good defensive pokemon, she can toxic the enemy and stall they, she can heal the others stat, and can be a cleric.
Sableye Mega is the win condition, because he can boost with Calm Mind, Bounce the hazzards and stats moves, he can burn the physical sweepers to stop a sweep and can wall Special Sweepers, because Snarl lows the opposing SpAtk, and he can recover from the damage, making a lot of troubles to the other player, thats all
Sorry for my english, my main language is Spanish
Taking this combo, team be up soon

Hey Jhonx~ pretty Gay good core you pick to build a stall / balance ish team i really dont like to much stall so i was a bit balance, first thing the core struggle a lot agaisnt mega Lopu and manaphy ( TG set or RD) so i add 2 mons specificaly for check this threats. As third member i have bulky hipo also help me agaisnt electric types or the volt turn core because you can take 2LO HP ice come in from Thundurus which is the electric type that hit harder imo, that's only for lopu and the next member also can help against it but i wanna to be my water resist / Keldeo switch so it is Amoonguss which also can beat RD set mana, it is my kinda gengar switch in at least can take 2 Sludge wave and put it range of LO recoil with Foul Play but if you feel this monster it's too much for you team you can run a different set on sableye (down below) and the TG mana set is managed by Toxic Chansey. Since i already have rocks and i need a fairy / bird resist ( pinsir-mega) i add skarm to the party having taunt and iron head can beat cm clef 1 v 1 and also break anothers stalls, i dont defog is needed when you have dual hazards and i couldnt find a spinner the fit well in the team without changing sinergy so you gotta rely on Sable to be your hazard control and last my Bisharp / Weavile check also beat SD gliscor it is the uncommon and bad set Rest Stalk Keldeo LO, i made it a lil bit bulkyer to take hits better. To be honest this team it is really solid hope you like it and Enjoy !

- Recover
