Nice reasoning, Veedrock, I think you covered the main points of why Light Screen should be disallowed. Reflect should be unallowed because it makes CB TTar EQ do only around 25-30% damage, CB/DD Outrage from Mence only around 60%, so basically CAP8 becomes invincible to anything bar Explosion...

I'd like to suggest Cosmic Power for Allowed. It provides increased defensive tanking abilities but doesn't allow the easy invincifiying abuse that Acid Armor/Amnesia avoid and can be used as an option over DD or Calm Mind.
