How is fake out good on a scarfed set? I agree that payback is useless on a fast pokemon though, but I think you should replace it with HP ice to surprise gliscor and landorus... Doing this with a hasty nature and 4 EV's into special attack can even OHKO them most of the time...

I agree with ginganinja in a way: I just playtested a match or 20 and in general it's really solid. However, the moment someone starts to set-up (for example: toxicroak) it's very difficult to get back... so maybe some shuffling or the suggestions given by ginganinja can overcome these problems.
