Under an unstoppable array of attacks, capefeather fell.

Quote:
Dear capefeather,
You are Alice.

You are the very curious girl who found Wonderland, where you painted the Queen of Hearts's flowers red. You are quite polite, and easily put off by rudeness. Unfortunately, the closest you have to a friend is your cat, Dinah.

At night, you may send a PM titled "Night X - paint USER's flowers red". You will paint your target's flowers, allowing you to be present long enough to see what their power is. Because they ordered red and didn't notice that they got white, they won't think anything strange of the red flowers.

You are allied with the Honest. You win if and only if the Deceivers fall, the Honest survive, and both of the Manipulators and the Slayers are reduced to half their numbers or less.
The moral of this is that Honesty doesn't pay (The Honest have been eliminated).

Nachos (played by Paperblade) makes a valliant struggle during the night, but he was too busy recovering from the injuries left by Fatecrashers during a quick ExtremeSpeed to do anything. And Blue_Tornado (Pinocchio) proved to the unfortunate target that he was silenced, so a No Lynch resounded. He died later that night from being whacked by Pinocchio's arm. Meanwhile, Goldenknight was also found dead the following morning... his death was merciful, a mere broken neck.

Goldenknight, was:

Dear GoldenKnight,
You are Lex Luthor.

As a mad scientist bent on world domination, you needed to hide your activities from the authorities. And, more importantly, the other players. The Deceivers provided. And now that you have finally defeated Superman (just before this struggle began), all you need to attain your domination is to win here.

At night, you may send a PM titled “Night X - Use mad science to disguise USER”. You will disguise your target as whatever you put in the body of the PM. Faction-specific information will be added to this role PM if needed, but you will not be told what this information is. Because of the nature of the game, hiding faction information will only really be believable if you hide someone on your team, or if you trick someone into thinking they’ve found an enemy.

You are allied with the Deceivers. You win if and only if the Honest, the Manipulators, and the Slayers all fall and the Deceivers survive.
And Nachos was Yagami (Raito untranlated, Light translated)
Quote:
Dear masterful/Nachos,
You are Yagami Raito

You stand at a solid 5 feet and 6 inches. You are quite brilliant, but became a shell of a man when you found the Death Note. You became cruel and became devoid of love. You are cold, manipulative, and a serial killer. Nevertheless, you are the good guy ... sort of.

During the day, once during the game, you may send a PM titled “Day X - Give the Death Note away”. You will hand the Death Note to the person who would be lynched, causing them to scare the lynchers off and towards any who have votes and have the second-highest vote total. You will immediately after retrieve the Death Note. However, people will be on guard against further attempts to do that.

At night, you may send a PM titled “Night X - Death Note USER”. You will guard your target, causing all who would target your target to be scared off because of the Death Note. However, killers, while scared, will slip past you and complete the kill.

You are allied with the Manipulators. You win if and only if the Important, the Slayers, and the Deceivers all fall and the Manipulators survive.
Fatecrashers looks up from Goldenknight's body and utters just 2 words telepathically, then walks off.

"I win."
Quote:
Dear Fatecrashers,
You are Lucario.

Welcome, Lucario, Pokémon of the Aura. In this battle, you seek only to serve the Aura. Your Psychic-type friend has used Future Sight and informed you that unless certain conditions are met, chaos will break loose in the world. Such chaos is against the greater good and is against the Aura, so you have decided to make sure these conditions are met. The conditions are those listed in your win condition, after the completion of which you have no reason to remain.

At night, you may send a PM at night titled "Night X - Close Combat USER". You will use Close Combat on your target, beating them to death. Because this lowers your defenses, you dare not use this twice in a row.

Alternatively, you may attempt to find information about someone. At night, when you do not use Close Combat, you may send a PM titled "Night X - Read USER's Aura" to do just that, finding your target’s full role PM.

When you use neither Close Combat nor your Aura reading ability, you may send a PM titled "Night X - ExtremeSpeed USER" to damage your target enough that they spend the night healing instead of performing a night action.

You are allied with yourself. You win if and only if you kill one member of each of the Manipulators, the Deceivers, and the Slayers and those factions are all reduced to at most two members total. You lose if you kill three of any of one those teams or if you kill two of one of those teams and two of another of those teams.
Over the dead body of Nachos, Blue_Tornado looks up.

"Take my energy, and bring back my friends."

The rest of the Deceivers awaken from their eternal slumber. Their power is reduced by half from the exertions, so the spirit of the Important's win condition is still fulfilled (and I wanted to revive the winners upon victory, of course)

Quote:
Dear Blue_Tornado,
You are Pinochhio.

You’re not a puppet! You’re a real boy! Or so you could wish. After you were carved by Gepetto, you came to life. You’ve dreamt of becoming a real boy for a long time. Survive, and your wish will come true. It is a commonly believed that when you lie, your nose grows. However, this is simply a subcategory of what really makes your nose grow: stress.

You have perfected the art of implying something but not saying it. When Prince Charming interrogated you about Shrek’s whereabouts. You used an astounding amount of messing about with the English language to say nothing to him in a lot of words. At night, you may send a PM titled “Night X - On the contrary, USER...”. You will trick your target into believing that they must not post in the thread, effectively silencing them. You will also trick them into ignoring any other restrictions they might have, like always voting or always posting at least once (these restrictions might or might not exist).

Alternatively, you may send a PM titled “Night X - trick USER into NOC”. You will trick your target into not speaking outside the thread using the same tactics as for a normal silence. Unfortunately, you can’t do both at once, because your target(s) would see through the deception.

You are allied with the Deceivers. You win if and only if the Honest, the Manipulators, and the Slayers all fall and the Deceivers survive.
Spiffy: We win, too!

Quote:
Dear Quagsires,
You are Ivan Vorpatril.

In the treacherous land of Barrayaran politics, you are a person of interest. After all, you are the great-grandson of Prince Xav Vorbarra. To many enemies of the empire, that is a death sentence on you. And yet you survive by making yourself seem harmless. You play nothing but the fool; you are the least foolish of all, Ivan you Idiot.

As you play nothing but the fool, your voice is automatically less respected. You have made this work to your advantage, however: at night, you may send a PM titled “Night X - talk with USER”. You’re stupidity (all an act) will rub off on your target, causing their vote to count as a negative vote. They will not know this, however. Use this as you will.

You are allied with the Important. You win if and only if the Manipulators fall, the Important survive, and both the Slayers and the Deceivers are reduced to half their starting numbers or less.

Quote:
Dear RaRe555,
You are Danny North.

In AD 632, Loki sealed all the Great Gates and locked the Families out of Westil. Centuries later, the Families still hate the North Family - your Family and Loki's Family - even though Loki acted alone. So that no Family gains power over the others, they have agreed that no Family may have a gatemage again. Especially your family. As a gatemage, this means the Families regard your existence as a crime.

You have the power to open gates in spacetime, a special type of portal or wormhole. With these gates, you may protect another from most ill-wishers. Simply send a PM titled "Night X - gates around USER". This will protect your target from all powers, except from kills, as killers will have back-up plans. You may choose to allow bodyguards through by adding "and friends" to your PM title.

You are allied with the Important. You win if and only if the Manipulators fall, the Important survive, and both the Slayers and the Deceivers are reduced to half their starting numbers or less.

Another book character, so book cover instead.

Quote:
Dear Spiffy,
You are Jack Holloway.

You were once a lawyer, but then you hit a client in the face. The court said it was to force a mistrial; you say it was to send him a message because he was laughing at all the parents on the witness stand weeping; his company's drug killed their children. You were disbarred, and given a choice between leaving the planet or facing jury-tampering charges. So you became a contract surveyor on Zara XXIII.

You have recently discovered a sunstone seam. This is worth somewhere between 0.8 and 1.2 trillion credits. You are so important, that you are the one untouchable person on the entire planet. As such, once during the game, you may send a PM titled “Day X - Punch USER in the face”. Your bold actions will cause your target to be lynched instead of the person who otherwise would have been. You will be publicly identified as the cause of the redirection.

You are allied with the Important. You win if and only if the Manipulators fall, the Important survive, and both the Slayers and the Deceivers are reduced to half their starting numbers or less.
PROTECTORS, IMPORTANT, DECEIVERS, AND FATECRASHERS WIN THE GAME!

Faction powers:
Important: elect a person by day, that person would be mayor that very day and would have inspect powers.
Protectors: same as for the Important
Honest: They had enough inspectors and were the most vulnerable of the 3 villages, so they had Mayor + BPV instead of Mayor + Inspect.

All those powers only worked if 2 or more of the team were alive, though. Once they got down to 1, they were vulnerable.

Mafia powers:
Slayers: slowest kill in the game (both vigilante and the team kill). They inspected on odd nights and killed on even.
Manipulators: even kill (faster than Slayers, slower than Fatecrashers), odd inspect.
Deceivers: even inspect, odd kill (same priority as Manipulators)
